Josephine stepped in and took charge. She was incredible--fearless, unwavering, and never backing down to any attorney. Josephine was always upfront, honest, and fully committed to fighting for me and my family. She is worth every dollar, and I would trust her with my life. If I could give 1,000,000 stars I would!

She acts like a high power attorney. I had to support a child but I ended up having to pay alimony for 15 years to a spouse who had more credentials to be employed but chose not to . She does not give advice on any issues. She seems not attentive to your case until the day before the Court Date. At meetings she attends to other business; copying papers or taking phone calls. She does not work for you. I paid a lot for her service in my divorce thinking that she knew what she is doing. She does not seem to be engaged in your case. She always leaves you in a limbo and having to learn about the options in your case on your own. She never gave me the confidence that she is on your side. I wasted over $5,000 and had to end up holding the bag at the end of my divorce proceedings. Please do not choose her. She is very incompetent. If you are male seeking a lawyer she will not be on your side.

I was told by them that Bill Blackford, Esq. was handling the estate and that I should work through him. Over the course of getting the necessary repairs made and then showing and selling the house, Bill and I worked together closely to get the job done. At one point, I asked him to please get rid of the parked car in front of the house so it would show better (and allow someone a place to park.) Bill had it sold and moved in no time at all! He promptly paid all vendors for the repair work they did for us, was responsive to completing all required paperwork quickly, and kept everything else rolling promptly, right up to an on-time settlement. I give him a 5-star review!

I contacted Bill to try to help me understand the documents and to try to figure out some way to dispose of the timeshare. He was able to explain the documents to me and we contacted the company directly while in his office. Both of us spoke to the company rep and after about 20 minutes Bill was able to convince them that due to my age (81) that I was not using it anymore and wanted to be rid of it. They agreed to let me get out of the contract and said they would send me the documentation to complete the process. I could not believe how quickly and easily he was able to accomplish this. Approximately one month later I received documents in the mail from the company which allowed me to turn over the time share to them. I filled out the papers, had them notarized and mailed them back. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone I know.

Rhonda Wood is very professional and polite both in person and over the phone. However her timeliness is very poor and when I request a status or even information she responds snappy over text but when I call her tone is different. Do not expect to turn your case over to her and be hands off. You must stay engaged to push the process or know a status as well as keep her on tasks. Time management is not a strength. Her administrative skills are very minimal she sent me an agreement with someone else's names ( I'm sure she forgot to make changes) addresses etc... additionally I sent her an email of everything that was to be incorporated and that was even incorrect. Instead of going back and forth with her I made the changes and sent the completed document to her. You must request an invoice, of services rendered from the retainer, she will not provide it. Rest assured she will make it exact to the retainer..... The court date was set for a specific case I noticed this on the paperwork from the court of the I texted and emailed her. Her response was.... she would get it changed the day of or well have to go back to court! I responded, that is not what I'm paying your for; it is an absolute divorce. The day of there was a delay because she filed it wrong and we had to wait for a Judge to preside the case. Again, I had to reach out to her for my decree she said she mailed it. A week or so later I still didn't receive it she responds (via text) with holiday and COVID mail is delayed..... False! I received it about a week later she had just mailed it, again I had to tell her to mail it. She's really all over the place and will say what you want to hear for money. She charged me for emails, phone calls, text messages, court appearance; however she failed to credit me for listening g to her personal parenting issues that she called me for seeking advice (23 min phone conversation) and additional emails and text messages correcting her information that I had previously provided to her correctly.
