Also, more than half way through this Springs production, one of the two directors decided to leave the company....thoughts!? They charge weeks in advance for the following month, they text, call and email asking the same questions about how many lessons my daughter is taking, has taken, her schedule. But trying to get a response from them was impossible. The first was an email I sent they took a full YEAR and two weeks to reply to. I've asked countless times for a copy of the contract policies, payments etc. I have still never received it. I checked online and cannot find the current address. All emails are bouncing back to me as server rejected. No replies to texts. Their charges have gone up and up with no explanation, charging random dates, sometimes multiple times per month all with zero communication. I emailed to cancel and got a bounce back. Texted, no response. Called, no answer. We had to go to the bank to get charges disputed and payments stopped. I checked and the license number listed on their website isn't actually a business license number. I checked out the Secretary of State and their business license is currently suspended and has been since 2002, shortly after establishment. I will also notify the Dept of Consumer Affairs and BBB. Please BEWARE before you decide on going with this company and definitely before giving them your banking information.

She is very positive and gives him lots of good coaching in a way that isn't overwhelming. Because of his lessons here, he had the confidence to sing in his school's talent show, which has further boosted his confidence in general. He also joined a US Music Lessons rockband that has an instructor. A convenient factor is that you can do lessons online if your kid is feeling under the weather or you are out of town. Cody is a very friendly administrator who helps with scheduling and is always pleasant. I highly recommend the team!

The office staff including Edison are very professional and helpful. They instructors are very knowledgeable and kid friendly. We had worked with Ms Sarah and currently with Ms Heather. Ms Heather is very gentle and nice towards my 7 year old. My son loves Ms Heather and very keen to attend her class. They recently, few months back, opened another building in the same location. This is one stop music class, DRUMS, GUITAR/BASS, PIANO, UKULELE, VIOLIN, and VOICE. They also offer ONLINE LESSONS. I would recommend this place whole heartedly. My heather is awesome.

She has learned so much and even recently added on a voice lesson to her guitar lesson, which is a big deal for her because she is very shy. My son is on his 3rd teacher because two have left for various reasons, but honestly that is just going to happen at any large music studio, and every time he has gotten a new teacher he has liked him even better than the last! So it has all worked out and he is learning a lot. And the front desk staff - WOW. I really don't know how to express how awesome and helpful they are. They truly care about the kids, are very empathetic to kids' and parents' needs and concerns (I honestly do not understand how they have so much patience), always think to message when a makeup spot or better scheduling spot opens up, and are just so genuinely kind, professional and friendly. The service they provide really makes big difference in our experience as parents.

Each lesson focuses on a different aspect of the pieces each student is working on. This helps each student fine-tune how they perceive their timing, fingering, speed, etc. I like the slow, focused, practical approach detail. It breaks it down so the students can focus on just one thing at a time without getting overwhelmed. Ms Bella teaches both traditional piano theory as well as the Suzuki Method. We've just started the Suzuki approach which focuses on listening to simple tunes with very distinct patterns and then being able to replicate them- a very different approach that is great for auditory learners. It's only been a couple months, but I am very grateful for our lessons so far!
