I chatted with Adele Hair on Instagram for a bit & they suggested Daniel. I'm very allergic to fragrances so I came with my hair already washed but not styled. Daniel was able to work with me & gave me a hair style that I liked. It was totally different from what my old hair dresser would do so I liked it. About 3 months later I wanted another haircut & booked Daniel again. This time I brought my own fragrance free shampoo, conditioner & styling products. I'm so thankful that Daniel was open to using my products as the salon doesn't have anything fragrance free. Daniel gave me a cut I liked. While he was washing & cutting my hair we got to know each other a little better. He's such a nice guy. I will be coming back to get my hair cut by Daniel in the future. I'm happy with his skills as a hair stylist. The salon is a nice place as well. They have other services besides hair cuts. I will likely explore the other services the salon has in the future. The salon is also conveniently located on Yonge street across from a mall. So there are other things to do in the area if you're waiting for your appointment.

I wanted to post a review on my recent BOTOX treatment I had 4 days ago at V Line…read more I'd been to a few clinics here in Toronto. but wasn't happy with either the standard of the work, communication or hygiene of the clinics, so never committed to having BOTOX. A friend recommended V Line Cosmetics Clinic to me so I emailed. The nurse ( Heather ) who performed my procedure emailed me the same day & advised me exactly what would work for my issues. As you can see from the photos I had fine lines between my brows & a deeper frown line above my left eye. Bare faced it wasn't so bad but no matter what skincare or primer I used my foundation would settle into these lines throughout the day making them more prominent. Heather advised dysport & we went ahead with the treatment. In the photo's you can see the area is much smoother after the treatment, there is almost no texture either, which I love. I experienced no swelling or pain, the injections themselves feel like a pinch but nothing painful. I would highly recommend V Line, the Clinic is of the highest standard I've seen, the staff are extremely knowledgeable & only treat you with procedures beneficial to you as an individual. I've continued with V Line & have had my Lip Fillers & Cog Thread treatments, I could'nt be happier with my results.

The hairs I have left are few and very fine even several months after treatment so I only need to shave once a week or even once a month(legs) to keep everything silky smooth. Now I only go for treatments every 6 months or so for general upkeep. Fariba is also very warm. welcoming and professional. She takes great care to make sure you're comfortable during treatments and is very flexible/accommodating with her schedule. I typically just send her a text message now to schedule an appointment which makes it's easy and hassle free.

Luckily (?), during a pandemic it's quiet and you could park anywhere you wanted. Once entering the spa you're ushered into a small seating area on the left. There the staff will ask you to fill out a questionnaire related to covid, take your temperature, ask you to use hand sanitizer, sanitize the bottom of your shoes and provide shoe covers for you. There's 1 treatment room right off reception and a few more down the hall along with a washroom. For my picosecond laser treatment my face was thoroughly cleansed first. I was given eye protection when the laser was used. It feels like pin pricks followed by a burst of light. I noticed that the areas that had laser were sensitive the following day but that dissipated quickly. Small, darker spots had appeared where my existing brown spots were not long after the session. Less then 2 weeks later I could see that the darker spots were gone and overall my brown spots were lighter. Just a FYI that the staff will try to get you to purchase skincare products when you go to square up at the reception. Sometimes they have samples available for you to try first so be sure to inquire.
