We hired JDT 2 years ago and have spent the last 2 years paying other electricians to fix their work. The owner is only on the job for the first couple of hours and then he leaves it all up to his "foreman". We have had to have 5 separate issues fixed! One problem was that an outlet was sparking. SPARKING!!!! And the new electrician said that wires were stuffed into the box. Which they obviously shouldn't be. We spent a ton of money with them originally and the job wasn't don't correctly. I originally gave them good reviews but month after month it all went to cr#p. read more

I needed to install two outlets out in my backyard and needed to do pool bonding. I was referred to Joe (JDT Electric) by a coworker. They (Brandon and crew) did a fantastic job and showed up as promised and professionally put a tarp on my stairs that goes to the basement. They saw we do not take shoes, and obviously, they didn't take shoes in themselves. I was just told by few contractors that they need to cut my drywall to fish the wire. All the props to Brandon/Herman and the team for fishing a wire 35ft linear ft without cutting my drywall. They were fantastic and gave me an extra outlet by the pool pump for free where I was able to connect my pool light. They were so professional that they installed a miniature pole with a cover for the pool timer and outlets. The accessory outlet was put on an outlet pole instead of a Conduit. Extremely great job done by the entire team. Pricing was also excellent. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future as well. Thank you Joe and Brandon along with the entire crew. JDT Electrical may have gotten to big to quick . I used the company after being highly recommend . The owner WAS very nice and knowledgable . However , He WAS NOT on site when the job was being done . When I came home that evening expecting the job to be done , I was SHOCKED ! There were tools and pizza boxes and gator eight bottles on my dining table that WAS NOT COVERED !! There was only a sheet that didn't even completely cover my one year old sofa ! None of the other furniture were covered and everything was covered with dust! Very unprofessional ! Furthermore , ALL THE FIXTURES were placed WRONG and had to be moved to the places we HAD discussed fully ...how hard was "put the chandelier OVER THE TABLE " ! EVERYTHING had to be redone !! This created MORE HOLES and DAMAGE to the walls and ceilings than planned on and cost me much more to have repaired . The place was a mess ! I have had three houses and I've lived through much bigger jobs with MUCH less mess ! I really hope know one else has the same experience as me . Maybe he has learned NOT to leave inexperienced staff WITHOUT his supervision ! He DID take off $100 ... hardly worth the damage , expensive and aggravation they caused ! read more

I'm extremely happy the work JDT Electrical contracting did for me. The Owner Joe was So help with the LED lighting design and doing and upgraded 200 amp service for my house. There were very clean out drop clothes on every thing and cleaned up there garbage. They also hooked an awesome new system call omnilogic By Hayward and I can control my pool and spa anything that's on the system right from my phone so cool. I'm gonna be doing security cameras next.
