We have used Divine Status for 2 family outings. My father is in a memory care unit and is in a…read morewheelchair so he needs transportation. The drivers are always very nice and they are terrific drivers. The pickup from the memory care facility is always great! They are on time and professional. The return trips(I am talking about weekends only) have not been as good. One time we had to go out into the parking lot because the driver was laying down in the vehicle on his phone and didn't get the notice to pick us up. The second time there was a wreck (which I know can't be helped) and they were 30 min late pickup my dad. This caused some other issues for us. I would recommend you pay to have them wait for the return trip if it's a weekend since they are short staffed (their words not mine) on the weekends.

This company has incredibly predatory business practices…read more It is incredibly sad that this company has such sketchy business practices designed to take advantage of the disabled and vulnerable. Their charges for transportation are already incredibly astronomical ($122 RT to go 15 minutes away) and to make it worse, they still charge for rides they did not complete and refuse to honor the terms and conditions stated on their website. They have no management and refuse to answer customer complaints so beware before you decide to give them your credit card as this company will not hesitate to bill astronomical charges and will not have any staff to discuss issues with you. Please, please be careful before you book with this company.

A very, very bad experience…read more It honestly felt like all they cared about was taking my money. I went there because I was having kidney pain. At the front desk, I told them I thought I might have a kidney stone and explained my symptoms in detail. When I saw the doctor, she basically told me the exact same thing: "I think you have a kidney stone." X-ray? Not available. Ultrasound? Not available. I asked her, "Then what exactly did I pay for?" She told me, "For me to see you." I asked for a urine test, and they wanted another $40. I said fine, no problem, and paid for it. After the urine test was done, I asked for my results. They told me they could only give me the report because their system wouldn't allow them to give me the actual test results. It really feels like this place is only interested in taking people's money. They don't want to do the work, make an effort, or actually help the patient. My rating: ZERO

My family and I have used urgent care numerous times over the past decade. They have treated…read moreeverything from severe lacerations to dysentery. They even did a small bit of surgery to remove a cyst from beneath the skin. My point is that our visits have always been extremely productive. This Urgent Care reminds me of the old days when physicians looked after the true needs of the patient rather than worrying about what the damn lawyers might say. When you read reviews for this location know that it serves a very difficult population to deal with. Every community has its culture. The community culture here is one of extreme entitlement and self-absorption. It's likely any negative comments you find about urgent care are likely to be not valid. In spite of my profile, I am a scientist. This means that I have a special appreciation for the technical quality of medical care. I trust the people at urgent care in upper Arlington more than our family physician. The staff and facility are outstanding. The highest compliment I can pay them is that I trust them with the health of my children. Highly recommended. A far better option than the riverside emergency room or the OSU emergency room for non-life threatening issues. Note to my fellow late middle-age white male affluent citizens: put on a damn mask buttercup and act like a man!
