I never received a call back. I called and got the run around again. This will be the last time I shop here. I always try to support small businesses but this was completely unacceptabl.

When I finally got it, there was oily residue on the outer plastic packaging and on the outside of the string package. The seller's response was that they had "done everything correctly" and that I should contact Amazon. No real effort was made to help resolve the issue, and no ownership was taken once there was a problem. Based on my experience, this was not a seller I would use again.
