His team was supposed to get started at noon and they didn't show up until after 4pm. The job was only half finished but my husband paid them in full ($900). They promised to return the next afternoon (Thursday). They didn't show. Ed said they'd be there on Friday at 9am. By 11am, they still didn't arrive, so we left the fence unlatched since we had to go away for the weekend. When we returned home a few days later, the job was still incomplete (backyard was not mowed) and a giant planter on the patio was broken. Ed came back to mow the lawn on Monday and reimbursed us for the broken planter. The completed work was beautifully done, it just took too much time/energy to schedule/reschedule, and was frustrating to not be able to count on him arriving when he said he would. Ed is a nice guy when we are actually able to reach him, but the lack of reliability has made it a needlessly stressful experience.
