The owner also made some recommendations to help prevent problems down the road that none of the others had. The crew was so professional and did an excellent job. I ordered a second load, they delivered promptly, and when I went to burn up all of it is completely green. I was assured that this was seasoned wood. I called and left a message explaining the problem. I said that I don't want my money back but could we make arrangements to have some sort of Better wood delivered or to do something about this. It is completely unusable. It literally just steams and goes out even with a good base fire started. We were depending on the supplemental heat as the winter is so cold. I never received a call back, or anything and I'm a repeat customer. So buyer beware, it doesn't matter if you're a repeat customer or a new customer. This seems typical for a lot of businesses in this area, and they wonder why they don't last.
