Crazy clean did the most comprehensive, professional and reasonable estimate of the three. Sam was quick and reliable when performing all the tear out and drying of the damaged area. Next was the rebuild, crazy clean uses some subcontractors for this , and some were ok and some not so great, but I don't blame crazy clean for other companies professionalism. Working with Alisha in the office on dealing with the home insurance and setting up times for subcontractors, was always pleasant and professional. Overall, I had a bad flood situation, and crazy clean made the situation less stressful than I think it otherwise would have been.
