Mr. Dicks became our attorney during an unexpected arrest for a probation violation that my partner had committed back in Jan 2024. Mr. Dicks got him out at his preliminary hearing which was amazing- along with no charges or orders of any sort. He was then released but re-arrested due to another probation violation in March while awaiting his sentence hearing from the first occurrence. Mr. Dicks has communicated thoroughly and represented my partner for his crime-on-crime arrest and has been in touch during these couple months. The judge granted Mr. Dicks request to remove him from custody and removed all charges and prison time, along with any recommended classes and fines due to time served and other reasons. It was late on a Monday evening, he was working during the busy weekend, and that was the only time that he could see me. I wasn't expecting so much out of that meeting, but I definitely got more than I thought. He was very friendly and super cool so he gave me the space to feel comfortable to tell him what I was dealing with. I never hired a Lawyer before so I did not know how the meeting was supposed to be. I heard he was ridiculously busy working during the weekend and he didn't have many hours to sleep, so it was already generous for him to make extra time for me."
