I was in a bike accident (broadsided by a truck, the driver admitted complete responsibility) and hospitalized with minor injuries in San Diego. The police report found me to be at fault, (which was false) and terrifying on top of the medical bills and the fact that he carried CA minimum insurance of 15K and the insurance company had a reputation for aggressively fighting it out and being super cheap. These guys really came through! I was rear ended and had a long lasting injury as a result. The police report was somehow botched, identifying me as the "at fault" party. So...what should have been a straight forward case took some interesting turns. I couldn't believe I was being sued for something so ridiculous! And after speaking to Dave Peck from Coast Law Group I knew my initial thoughts on my lawsuit were accurate. Dave stood by my side throughout the whole lawsuit and combatted the plaintiff's allegations with facts from past cases. Marco Gonzales is amazing. I am new to the area and bought a piece of property with a detached inlaw unit. Initially I thought everything was legal but when I applied for permits, I discovered much to my chagrin that there were issues and the permits were denied.
