    I overlooked the dirty office and poorly kept dogs. They seemed like honest folks and I liked the…read morecar. After giving a deposit they started fixing some stuff that they know was wrong. I was told 2 days or so. That turned into a week, okay they were busy and fixing stuff fine. Get the car and two sets of keys. Next day use the car and get locked out because the one set was not for the car they sold me. Fine another mistake I'll stand in the freezing rain for an hour waiting for you. The next day the car doesn't start.. Get it towed because they don't do that. Turns out it's a security issue. I tell them I noticed a gas smell they ignore it. I go to a garage that knows what they're doing fuel tank is leaking, rear struts are blown out, inner tie rod ruined. Trackside had the vehicle "inspected" before I bought it less than a month earlier. I call trackside, their response is "it's a used car what do you want, things wear out at different times". I reminded them I told them about the fuel leak their response to this is we're closed do to Corona. I've driven by several times and they had cars on lifts and they answered the phone a few times as well. So on top of what I paid for the vehicle i'm in over $2000 in parts and services within the last 6 weeks. So if I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware

We saved for a long time to buy my stepson a cheap,…read morereliable first car and trusted what the owner of National Auto Exchange, Omade "Tommy" Akahanzadah, told us when he verbally said the vehicle was in "perfect condition." We paid about $5,000 out the door for a 2006 Scion tC, only to discover afterward that the vehicle had serious mechanical and structural problems. The Virginia State Police rejected vehicle certificate from the SAME DAY as the sale literally references "UNIBODY FRAME RUST DAMAGE" and even states "VEHICLE IS TOTALED." We were devastated. What hurts the most is that instead of trying to help resolve the situation, the response we received was basically that they deal with unhappy "as-is" customers "all the time," sell "350 cars a month," and have never lost lawsuits because of their paperwork. To make matters even more concerning, we were instructed to send payment through the owner's PERSONAL Cash App account instead of a normal dealership payment system. We trusted this dealership. We trusted the owner's word. Now we are stuck with a vehicle that appears unsafe, will not pass inspection, and may cost more to repair than it is worth. Please be extremely careful before purchasing from this dealership. Get an independent inspection BEFORE signing anything, no matter what you are told verbally.

For the 2nd year in a row, they found an "issue" that apparently HAD to be repaired before passing the annual inspection on her Cruze. Last year, it was a leaky valve cover. $300 later, and they passed the inspection. Part was less than $10 at any online retailer, which makes over 1.5 hours of labor at their $155/hr rate. Highly suspicious. This year, they call her with an $875 bill for a leaking oil filter housing gasket, which they stated had to be completely replaced. This part was between $65-130 online, so... 4 hours of labor? Brah. She has been a faithful Chevrolet owner since the 60's. I remember her bringing home a 1985-ish Chevrolet Celebrity in the worst green color imaginable. that car ran forever. Treating long standing customers with high pressure sales in a repair environment, trying to convince them that there is no alternative is terrible, and on about the same level as those that scam the elderly online and over the phone. I'm glad that I happened to have been home visiting when this happened to send her to an actual reputable garage to get it looked at. Remember that there are other dealers that have the make or model you want, and that can do whatever service you need. Shop around and stay away from these rip-off artists.
