One worker, I believe her name was Hannah, was very sweet and a friendly employee. What I didn't care for was feeling like I was in a cattle line. I am not sure if it's always like this or just because of the Christmas shopping season, but there were a bunch of arrows on the floor near the registers. This was where you were supposed to stand in line. Then, there was a worker who was telling customers who to check out with. Once you got to the register, there was a red line of tape down the middle of what usually is one checkout area. There was no room to put your items and purse in "your" area. It seemed very chaotic because you were elbow to elbow with the person checking out next to you. Like, literally two inches apart from each other. Again, I'm not sure if it's always like this, but it was not the best shopping experience I've had.
