I have an arm injury, so I struggled and was not able to carry in the large box from my car. I had to push it inside and to the counter. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with nothing but judgement and dirty looks. I was paged back to the counter in less than 10 minutes and was told my items were either stained or outdated which is not the case at all. I was sent back with every item thrown back in my bag and box. I had to sit there and re-fix everything before leaving. I am thankful for one of the female customers who was leaving and offered to help me with the door and to my car, as staff just stood there and watched! My overall experience with nothing more than disappointing. The management of this establishment should require their employees to take routine training courses in the fundamentals of customer service and common courtesy. As this was my first visit, I was excited to check everything out and get my daughters some new clothes. This quickly changed, due to how I was treated. I will not be back to this location and I will gladly take my business elsewhere.!
