I could of used a few pieces of their clothing in my business attire. They have a few pieces similar to Lily Pulitzer. I couldn't see myself buying a ton in here because it's not my usual style, however the ladies that worked here were attentive and kind.

My doctor's nurse has called me personally to confirm that it was called in, but the pharmacy says they have no record of it. Last month I stood in the pharmacy and called the nurse. She even gave me the name of the girl she spoke to. When I hung up they basically called her a liar. Today the same thing happened with the same med. I have an email AND a call from my nurse confirming the refill. The pharmacy refuses to yake responsibility for dropping the ball. The only reason I don't switch to another is cost. They are considerably cheaper than others for someone with no ins. Too bad their customer service is bad.

We loaded our 12 pieces and were pulling out at the gate, when the attendant stopped us and told us we had the wrong boards, so we went back into the shed where it was, and had to wait for someone to show up, then they discovered that they had stocked the wrong items in the wrong bin, the white wood was covered up so I had to wait 30 minutes while they pulled it all out of the way, and then I had to pick my 4x4, again and hand them to my son-in-law. 2 managers stood there and watched my son-in-law unload and load the wood with no offered help. This is BS, as I have a hard time getting up and down steps and pulling stuff from overhead, and that is exactly where this was located, making it difficult to get to in the first place. I don't think that I will ever be shopping there again, as I have bad luck at this store since it opened a few years ago. Poor; Poor Management. They make everything so difficult at this store, you have to go all the way to the back of the store to order the lumber and then go all the way back to the front to pay for stuff, then go around back to pick up the stuff. Coming from Phoenix where the only game in town was Home Depot, I am happy to say they blow them away! Now, I came into the store a coupe of weeks after Christmas looking for a tree bag I saw they had on clearance. I checked the app and got the location in the store where it should be, but no matter how many times I circled the area, no dice!! That's when I grabbed Leslie for help. She looked, then got Trevor to help as well. Finally they figured out that it was actually still in the back room somewhere. So, they both went back there looking and showed up 10 minutes later with the bag. Understand that I interrupted what they were both doing. They dropped everything and took a good 30 minutes to get me the item I came in for. I have NEVER gotten that kind of customer service from The Home Depot! Yet another reason I just love this store! If Trevor and Leslie's boss reads this, give them a raise!!
