To start off they have such cute clothing and jewelry... I love that But unfortunately when i went to try my clothes on I was astonished by the state the fitting rooms were in. If they could fix this up it would be a 5 star for me but the state the fitting rooms are in right now are just unacceptable. read more

We came in today on more than likely the busiest day of the year and was completely blown away by two employees. Firstly a young woman named Crystal she was so friendly and very responsive to all the customers that crossed her path! My daughter (7) needed her help and she was right there! She made her day so great! Next was the manager Jay he was right there working hard and making each and every customer feel seen and heard! he was friendly and had us laughing like crazy! I will definitely be doing all my jcPenny shopping at this location! read more
