Instead of handling it like a professional the guy called me drunk , screaming , cussing , and crying well past any reasonable business hours. He proceeded to discuss other clients financials , payments, lack of payments etc. Which is absolutely none of my business and violates any sort of privacy , or confidentially. Needless to say I will never be returning to this service and I will recommend anyone I know to do the same. If you want to deal with a sane, respectful, professional individual, you will not find that here and I suggest you look elsewhere.

It's a personalized expertises from someone whose been going this for over 3 decades now. A lot of tax places hire people a few months before they open wit little to no experience and taxes is not something I'm willing to gamble with. There's also quick apps to do your taxes but this hasn't haunted him from having his loyal customers always coming back just because it's him. My friend did his taxes on an app and got audited so while I considered an app at first, I decided to go with someone I trust and make an appointment to see him right away! He's so flexible and he has waited for me at 7 pm when I'm getting off work in downtown LA. If I could give 20 stars I would. After all messing up your taxes royally could lead to jail time and I don't look good in county blues

I was going to an accountant who was very liberal with deductions and after a couple of years I began to worry that I wasn't doing things right. Enter Pam Manafo at John Graham and Assoc. She does not mess around! She confidently took charge and asked me for certain documents and paperwork which I dropped off during our quick meeting. She reviewed everything and said to email in a couple more things and I was off! Kent Diep handled things from there and with a couple of professional email requests for more info, they presented me with a clear and concise summary of what I owed. They even spent the time to RE-REVIEW my statements and receipts which I thought I had carefully calculated and found some discrepancies in my favor! It was so great that I didn't have to sit there while they crunched numbers, which was how the old place handled things, and then left to handle the IRS payments. I was given professional looking vouchers to mail in to the IRS with my payments as well as a payment plan and great advice on how to prepare and stay ahead for next year since my business is growing every month. Excellent attention to detail, expert advice, comfort for someone who is intimidated by "the man" (lol), superb customer service, and reasonable prices. I highly recommended using John Graham & Assoc. and especially Pam. Thank you for putting my mind at ease!
