Waited over 45 minutes for our session! I understand everyone is short staffed, but if you're running late give a curtsy call, no sense in making your customers wait in the small lobby for almost an hour. I have small children. I schedule everything around their snack time, naps, feedings etc. there's a reason why a person schedules a specific time. I much would of fathered they called and gave me the option to either reschedule or give me a heads up on a wait time. I say save yourself the headache and get photos elsewhere. read more
