As a titanium member with Bonvoy, we always try to stay at one of their locations. At Residence…read moreInn in Rapid City, this location seems to miss the mark in Bonvoy expectations as we experienced the following: -Used coffee filter left in the coffee pot in our room -Design of the bathroom shower with only half a door is awkward as water gets all over the bath floor with every shower. Needed additional towels. -Cereal dispenser at breakfast, Raisin Bran, did not dispense properly every day we were there. - Breakfast items were not replenished timely, if at all. (Tea bags, bananas, cereal bowls) - We had two rooms and were charged for parking for both without asking or communicating of the parking rate. We brought to the attention at the desk, this was corrected but should have been identified at check-in. - Door between connecting rooms looked as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time....see photos. - Entrance rug at side door when using the stairs was not vacuumed and covered with dog hair the entire time we were there. - Slow draining bathroom sink....appears to need a good cleaning.
