Our pictures are HORRIBLE! We will NOT be giving family pictures as Christmas presents this year. We got there at our appointment time, 30 minutes later, we were still sitting there, nobody bothered to greet us or acknowledge us in any way. When we finally did have our session, the photographer had no imagination. I felt like she was going off a script. She didn't position us, didn't position our faces...nothing. Because we do family pictures every year I kinda knew how to pose. The final pictures were embarrassing. Goofy looks, talking in the middle of the picture, movement, not looking at the camera, head down, not up. They honestly look like amateur photos. I just wanted to cry. read more
