It took men 5 days to repair the pipe! owner called the day job was done and demanded payment of $2500. No 30 days to pay?!?! Guys would show up with no parts, then leave to get them and return 2 hours later! Guess who payed for their time? Then, they cut a pipe and I had to pay 50.% before they'd fix it! He rushed through the job claiming he had to get through another job. I paid him $1800. The next day and a few days to follow I had other contractors come by for other jobs and they looked into the crawl and told me to call him back that the pump wasn't working right. I called Glenn's Pump and Well again and again to ask him to please come back and look at the pump to check it. He did not get back to me and never came back to my house. I again called him on April 7, 2020 as I am getting ready to sell my house and can not sell it with this issue and still no return calls. The pump has a one year warranty so I could have had this corrected/replaced. His license no. is 1284 as per the receipt I was given and the receipt also states Quality service thats guaranteed. Do not use this company. He stole my $1800. I have to pay to have someone else redo everything. Even the PVC connection was done correctly.
