I hired Caesar to make 3 gates and in a short delivery time period. He came and took 2 measurements and said no problem on the delivery. I called, left messages, he said his phone was not working, promised to deliver 2 weeks late. Took my $2000.00 deposit and had no intention to deliver. I desperately needed a fence and I chose Cesar Hernandez. He can to my home for measurement twice. Based on hos $16k invoice to install a fence around my property including 3 gates. He asked for a $5k deposit for materials and after receiving payment he blocked my calls. I am a small business owner and I try to support other small businesses and this I what I get for my efforts. When I first met Cesar on December 5, he was very professional and responsive. We decided to go with him to do 3 gates in our home. He took a $500 deposit and I then met him to give him a keyless lock for the side gate. I kept asking for progress pictures as I wanted a specific look but he kept evading my request. On the weekend he was supposed to install the gates he didn't show up, no call to excuse himself. I texted him but no response until monday explaining he was sick. A week later I check in to see how he was doing and he said he was better and would come to install the next day. Weekend came and went and not a word from him again. One week went by and nothing After several texts inquiring about the installation he responded stating that he will install that coming week. Another week and a no show and bo response. On Monday Jan 3rd he finally texted back saying he would install that Wednesday Jan 5. No show again. I called and texted him an no response. On Saturday January 8 I emailed him in frustration to the lack of response and still nothing. My husband called him and he tested back stating he was out of the city. Still no gates, no installation date, NOTHING. I requested my money and keyless lock back and NOTHING ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AS HE CAME RECOMMENDED BY OUR NEIGHBOR. read more

The seat bracket on my Infiniti broke at the weld. Dealer wants $1200-1300 for a new seat bracket assembly. I took the seat out myself and called Julio. He was at another job and came by my house to see if he could repair the bracket. Ended up taking the seat as he didn't have the right equipment with him. He had it back in less than an hour!
