Then stop by the laundry and pay your bill the next day. Don't be fooled. You can not trust what they tell you. Get your LP gas before you get here. Our experience is not that way at all. I called at 4:45 to explain I was at the drop off point and my bottle had been moved but not filled. I was told he had gone home for the day and that he would fill it in the morning. At 1:00pm the next day it was still empty. We ran completely out since they did not do what they promised. It was 44 in our camper the next morning. So they will never get a penny from me. I drove to Ouary and had both 30 lb bottles filled at an RV park. Where I come from if you tell a customer you are going to do something...... you do it period.... no lame nonse.

The day before our planned arrival, my husband was admitted to the hospital for emergency open heart surgery. I understand that parks have cancellation policies but this park already had my money for the stay, they would not be losing revenue on the site. Their policy is to keep the one night's fee and charge an ADDITIONAL $30 for short notice cancellation. I was told that if I'd have given them more notice it would not have been charged. I called them an hour after my husband was admitted. An emergency can't be foreseen 48 hours before arrival. The staff was friendly by not very understanding of the situation. No other park we have ever stayed at has this policy. Usually a cancellation fee is deducted from the deposit and the balance is refunded. I am pursuing action through my credit card company, will never stay here in the future, and plan on leaving reviews on every website I can find. Every other park I had booked for this extended trip was understanding and compassionate about my husband's emergency surgery.
