BEWARE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES. I bought a friend a gift certificate - and was…read moreadvised that the recipient's name and the amount of the gift would be "in their system" - as opposed to sending a notice or card to the recipient - and when my friend contacted them, she was told that, in fact, her information was "in the system" and to make an appointment. About a week later, after her appointment, she was told that they didn't have record of the transaction, and she would have to pay (again). She contacted me, I gave my credit card (again) with the supposed understanding that when they found the transaction in their system, they would refund the second payment. They claimed they had recently bought the business and would have to contact the former owner. What a load of nonsense. And, of course, they never got back with me, or made any attempt to rectify the matter.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe they are renting space in the Naples Academy of Beauty and are situated in the Zookies plaza. My massage was pretty decent and I came out very relaxed. My room was quite dark and the music was soothing. My only one criticism, is that the venue seemed a little too stark and clinical. Although the place had a minimalistic and contemporary feel, the massage room area was not welcomed with a certain calm spa quality. It's crying out for just a bit more "zen". The people doing our massages were very accommodating and friendly, and I wouldn't mind trying it out again. We were given their business card with a discount on our next visit. I would try it out again, but I think that if they enhance their interior decor and consider a better location (as they're not visible from the street), they would thrive stronger among the competition. I wish them much luck.

I just signed up with Hands and Stone. My first visit was great. Second one not so much. The…read moremanagement needs to understand the primary reason people go to a massage place is to RELAX. The massage given by Vanessa was good. But, I had a new aesthetician for my facial this time, because the person I used before had left. She was sooo pushy. it was so off putting. I wanted to run out of the room. Originally, she thought she was going to give me a massage, and started talking about how basic it was going to be, and if I wanted more I need a hot stone, and deeper massage. So I told her I already had a massage, then her selling tactics switched to the facial. How dehydrated my skin was, how I was exfoliating too much, then she looks at my skin, and said oh yeah you need exfoliating. She kept pushing until I said fine upgrade to a facial with more moisture. That was not good enough, then she switched to trying to sell me products. omg. Hush. Her touch was also very rough and tough. Is a face! not a floor you are mopping. I will def ask for another aesthetician. If she is the only one at this location, I will try other locations. Seriously, stop treating your customers like cash cows, is vulgar.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I received a gift card and tried to make an appointment but…read moreit seems that they can't find the gift card. My daughter in law from Wisconsin sent a card saying she purchased these cards and all I had to do was make the appointment. Well, easier said than done, after talking with the receptionist she made it sound like I was scamming her for a gift card. She needed to call my daughter in law and confirm that she bought it. The receptionist called back and left a message saying she figured it out. Upon calling again to make the appointment there was no gift card and a different receptionist. Frustrating to say the least. So I feel that they have her $$$$ and I have received NO massage much irritation. I would NOT recommend this salon at all.
