From the beginning of the project he took the time to educate me on basic building construction related to the deck, he assisted me with deck design ideas and his estimate/contract process was thorough and detailed (inclusive of a detailed material list). He was a GREAT communicator during the whole project keeping me posted on changes in scope and timeline all throughout the project. I am VERY pleased with the final product he constructed and would highly recommend Mike for any construction related project you might have.

So when I began reaching out to contractors to take on a large renovation project, I assumed my ignorance would be taken advantage of. The work would be shoddy, the cost would be prohibitive, and I wouldn't know any better. Instead, I met Steve, who was not only extremely competent and efficient, but was also patient and considerate. He stuck to the budget. Him and his team were so awesome that I didn't mind having them around the house. The work was completed quickly, and Steve was communicative throughout the entire process. It would've been nice to get a few more updates along the way. That said, the end result of my bathroom remodel turned out really beautiful. The tile work is clean and detailed, the fixtures were installed perfectly, and the overall design feels modern without being overdone. The crew was respectful of my home and always cleaned up after themselves. Even with the small hiccups in communication, I'm really happy with how everything came together. The bathroom looks amazing and feels like a completely new space.
