I actually cleaned before the cleaner came so they can just get the details no dishes nothing to put away everything completely open and ready for a cleaning. I even vacuumed my couch. All I asked for was stairway/ living room /dining room /downstairs bathroom /kitchenno bedrooms nothing .And three hours later, this is what I get. The owner didn't even offer a discount. She only offered to redo it later this month. She admitted she had her friend do it who is not a professional cleaner so why would I be paying a professional price? I do a better job myself weekly. I booked this to takeoff some stress because I have three young kids and family coming to town but now I have to redo the entire thing. *** to your bullshit response ~ let's just pretend it wasn't a deep clean. The bare minimum wasn't even done ?? You're gonna look at that photos and pretend that's ok? A basic wipe of counters and a window cleaning couldn't be covered in 3 hours??? This is owners fault not the cleaners. Want to note the girl who came is extremely nice and we loved her. Its owners fault for hiring a friend for the job who in her words " is not a professional "

We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting painting services! Long story: Last year we bought a fairly large single level home that hadn't been re-stained and painted for almost 30 years. So it desperately needed a refresh. We started looking for a painter to help us with our project by looking at the companies that would pop-up when Googling, but they all seemed to be a little too big for getting truly great service and quality work. Then one day while searching for alternatives we happened upon Jennifer at Idaho Valley Painting. While she only had a few reviews at that time they were all stellar reviews of her team's quality, cost and service. We initially elected to use Jennifer and her team at Idaho Valley Painting to do a trial job for a small outdoor tool wall and she knocked it out of the park, so we moved forward with her to paint the house this Spring. All through the planning process she was patient and willing to work with us to fine tune the color which ultimately took three mixes - and the final product was perfect. And even though getting the mix right took longer than expected, she still started promptly on schedule, even finishing a bit ahead of schedule. Which was directly attributable to her skills at planning the job - which resulted in higher quality and faster completion. The end result made our house look wonderful. Her attention to quality and details really showed through. The cherry-on-top in working with Jennifer and her team at Idaho Valley Painting was their energy and passion. We always enjoyed chatting with her, and very much appreciated her flexibility in getting the job done. I highly recommend Jennifer and her Team at Idaho Valley Painting
