The manager, Scott left a very sincere message on my home answering machine and was apologizing up and down. I returned the manager's call but he was off Friday. I explained to Mark, the assistant manager what had transpired with my prior experience. He said on Friday there was a 2 hour wait, he asked if we could bring the car on Saturday morning first thing. I agreed. Cj's was very very thorough and found a small leak in the one tire due to a faulty valve stem. They replaced that piece at no additional charge and assured me that all the tires were in good shape and inflated to the proper psi. I know they were thorough because I saw my daughters car on the lift with the tires removed. They were kind enough to do the work at no charge, not only that but they gave my daughter a future oil change at no additional charges. I know that businesses make mistakes sometimes. It's evident that CJ's truly does care and they take ownership and accountability. They absolutely went out of their way to ensure everything was thoroughly resolved. That goes a long way with me. I had always heard good things about this place (once I finally, years ago, learned that it was a tire and service place and not an ice cream shop ), but never had the opportunity to go....until today. They were so kind, professional, and super-fast! Thankfully I just needed a patch repair from a nail, which didn't cost much at all. The gentleman who helped me patiently explained their beeper system since I was a newbie (first beep to drive up to the bay, and the next to either talk to service or pay at the cashier) and enrolled me in their rewards program. No doubt if I ever need tires I will only be coming here from now on. I'd tell everyone I know to come here, but they already do!

I got a tire rotation in the regular garage and had an alignment in their other garage. The…read moreservices were ok but as soon as driving away I felt something weird with the steering wheel. I pulled over and saw there was visible scratches and striations on the steering wheel. I went back and they said at the alignment place they weren't sure what happened and the other side they said they would fix it. Obviously the scratches were white and fresh on the steering wheel so you can tell it just happened. Later I realized it looked like a big key ring must have been under the wheel. I thought at first it must have been a ring but there are parallel scratches. They later said they would refuse to fix it. My car is practically new. Very disheartening. I'll never go to this location again. Update: My alignment is very bad. When I take my hands off the steering wheel my car severely swerves off the road to the right. Really bad. Now I have to deal with their alignment people who damaged my steering wheel. All around a very bad experience.

I came in and Keith looked the car over said since the engine will be torn apart if I wanted to replace the serpentine belt (it was wearing out), sparks plugs (they had never been changed because you have to take the top part of the engine off to do it and it costs about $600) and timing chain (the parts were about $300 and having the peace of mind of a new timing chain was worth it) I would only be charged for the parts since the labor is the same. Doing all that was still less than what the dealer wanted to charge just for the water pump. Excellent service, they went out of their way to have the car ready. The office staff is great. The car now runs great! I highly recommend them.

Upon retrieving my vehicle, I noticed **grease residue on the tires and wheels**. Shortly after leaving the premises--but before entering Route 422--I heard a **clicking noise** coming from the vehicle. Due to safety concerns, I immediately turned around and returned to the shop. After inspection, Bill admitted that **the tires had been installed on the incorrect rims**.
