I came in and Keith looked the car over said since the engine will be torn apart if I wanted to replace the serpentine belt (it was wearing out), sparks plugs (they had never been changed because you have to take the top part of the engine off to do it and it costs about $600) and timing chain (the parts were about $300 and having the peace of mind of a new timing chain was worth it) I would only be charged for the parts since the labor is the same. Doing all that was still less than what the dealer wanted to charge just for the water pump. Excellent service, they went out of their way to have the car ready. The office staff is great. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I noticed **grease residue on the tires and wheels**. Shortly after leaving the premises--but before entering Route 422--I heard a **clicking noise** coming from the vehicle. Due to safety concerns, I immediately turned around and returned to the shop. After inspection, Bill admitted that **the tires had been installed on the incorrect rims**.
