I purchased a Black Whirlpool Side by Side Fridge on May 16, 2022 and immediately had issues after installation. The people who delivered the fridge stated the water line couldn't get hooked up so I hired someone to hook it up to the fridge. After it was hooked up, we found out the panel for ice and water didn't work. We had Hugo come out to fix it. Afterwards, we found out the fridge wasn't cold enough. Came out to add freon. It still wasn't cold enough so we asked for a different fridge. After we got the second fridge (another Black Whirlpool), it still wasn't cold enough. Added freon. Still became warm again. I have wasted so much food (all tossed due to the warm temperature), time, and energy from calling & being ignored by the shop. The fridges here are poor quality. I'm not sure if they pick these out of the landfill and resell them but it sure seems that way. read more

I used to have an appliance repair guy but he moved to Texas. Our dryer which is 16 years old started to display an error message. E68. It was the motherboard. There were some issues in the part arriving. Once the part arrived they called me and scheduled the repair a day later. The technician was very thorough. He inspected ans cleaned other parts of the dryer which I was impressed because he could have told me if I needed to repair/replace snd by cleaning out the dryer and all the lint hopefully I'll get another 16 years out of it! :) read more

I called them 3 times in one day to come out and fix my appliance but they never showed nor did they call me , they had me waiting all day for them I even took the day off from work..not reliable. Once you lose time you can't get that back. It's too bad for them I would have recommended alot of my friends and Family Members, especially now that Sears is out of business. read more

I had done business with Jesus once before when an Edison power outage damaged my wall oven about a year ago. He was responsive- charged $40 to diagnosed and if I repaired with him would go towards the repair. Told us what the issue was and since my husband was able to repair it we bought the part and paid him the $40. Well when my Frigidaire double door refrigerator started dripping water and no longer cooling at the end of October 2020, I called him for the repair. He said estimates is $70 and if we repair with him it would go towards the repair. Came out - found the vent in the fridge had ice it in. Asked me for my hair dryer and proceeded to melt the ice. And that is it! He took my $70 and said that would do it and left. Less than 30 minutes in my house. Well, you guessed it, next day I was back at square one. I called (many, many times)- unable to leave a message because the voicemail was full, I texted, I even drove to his business. NO RESPONSE! I was so disappointed and upset. I called Gardena Appliance and they, being the knowledgeable and responsible business they are, repaired my fridge - thus saving me over $1500 as I was about to buy a new fridge. And since they were there and obviously knew what they were doing (without needing my hair dryer) they ended up repairing my wall oven. Do not do business with this joker. My sister in law didn't listen and she bought a used fridge with him last week..you guessed it. Yesterday they called him to let him know it was not cooling. He said it has a "gas leak" and will have someone come out. DO NOT TRUST THIS JOKER! He does not know what he is doing. read more

I called about a problem with my refrigerator, I was having a cooling problem with my kenmore refrigerator. I was scheduled for the next day at 11 am with Joe the service technician who was service and repair my refrigerator. However Joe never bothered to call me. So by 12:30 pm I called his boss. Joe's boss said that he'd call Joe and have Joe call me. 40 minute's went by before Joe decided to call me. We talked, and Joe told me to text message him my name, and address and he's be right here. 2 hour's went by and "Joe Never Showed". I called Joe to see what happened, he said that he wasn't going to be able to make it, that maybe I better find someone else to fix my refrigerator. This company wasted 1 1/2 day's of mine for no reason. Very poor company to try and work with. Don't trust them. read more

I've gotten 2 refrigerators from this place. The first one was leaking and had problems and I called probably 10 times and went in 4 times for them to exchange it. The second one (current fridge I got for exchange) doesn't cook at all. I bought $75 worth of groceries that I now have to throw away. I called them 9 times today they answered and told me they'd be here by 6pm. It's now 7:10pm and still no one has arrived. They've done this twice to me already. I will be going in tomorrow to get my money back by any means necessary. I can't even feed my 1 year old bc the food in the fridge is bad. Bought a used stove from this place, they setup delivery for the morning and didn't show until the afternoon with no call. Removed my kitchen door to do install, couldn't complete the install and left my used oven in my garage without the proper knobs and buttons to operate the oven. Could not properly reinstall my kitchen door, and asked my wife to leave it as it is. I stopped in this place about a month ago about our dryer belt being broken, he said he could come to our home to repair it, he gave me a quote of $95 to fix it. He stopped by yesterday and got it going, it was working fine, later I noticed it wasn't heating up anymore , I called him and he acted like he did a million dryers that day and couldn't remember, when he finally concluded yes he did fix the dryer he told me he could stop by the next day after 1pm to take a look, well the day came and around 2:30pm I called to ask if he was still coming by, he told me he forgot he had an appointment and he was busy and he could come in a few hours, he never came by he never fixed anything, we paid him to fix the dryer and he has done nothing to see what he can do, my advice is go to a reputable repair man to get the job done. this man will take your money and run, he also gave us a 3 year warranty on his work, what good is that when he wont do anything when there is a problem. read more
