For the record, I did not get my windows tinted from JB and have not met him in person. My only contact was by email. My wife was looking to have her car windows tinted. I wanted to surprise her for her birthday. I contacted JB and he gave me a quote. His quote sounded reasonable and because I have two little kids, I don't have time to take my car somewhere and wait 2-3 hours. I wanted a mobile service and thought JB would be perfect. I replied back to his email with a few questions and asked about his availability. A day went by and I did not hear from him. I gave him another email with my availability this time and did not hear anything back. I emailed again and said I could get off work early. Still did not email me back. Finally, I emailed him and said I am free Saturday in the morning if he has time. When he does email me, JB says that he is free Saturday afternoon and I can bring my car to him if I want to done. Maybe I misunderstood something, but his moto is "I bring the tint to you!" I read a few other reviews and several referenced bringing their car to him. JB was professional with all his emails. I am sure he is a super nice guy and would do a fantastic job. If you are looking for a mobile tinting service though, you might be better looking else where and not waisting a week hoping for a response from him. read more

While I agree this guy is extremely nice and trustworthy.... The quality of craftsmanship is not what I would accept I have hair under my tint, the drivers and passenger windows showed cracks of light when the window is rolled up like 1/8inch cracks so I asked him to fixit and he did but didn't remove all the glue from the glass which left bubbles that can be seen from the outside all over my car. read more

Very bad communication. I was asked to send a text message to confirm my appointment, I did and asked for a response that it was received, NO RESPONSE. So I had to call him and he said he would be at my office on a particular date. Well, once again, A NO SHOW. Guess this guy doesn't need the business because it shows he doesn't care about the customers. Called JB up on a Monday early to see what he had available for time and he was able to get my windows a couple hours from then. Went by his house since he was close enough. Couldn't have asked for a better or more convenient experience. Dropped my truck off, my girlfriend drove me to lunch and an hour and a half later it was ready to go. My window was broken out of my car and I had to get it fixed and then have the tint redone! I was very skeptical that anyone would be able to match the tint and make the tint look good! Looking to get my car's windows tinted. Found this JB guy. BUT read the reviews first. Just two; one customer liked this guy...the other didn't. The second review said that JB didn't return his call and didn't show up. Well, I thought perhaps this review was because there was poor communication, or? I gave JB a benefit of the doubt, called JB and set up an appointment. Can you guess? NO SHOW! When JB still wasn't here at my place after being 45 mins. late I called and left a message, (I was nice) and asked for him to call me to let me know what's goin' on. NOTHING! No call and no show. I gave this guy a try due to his referral program that said a customer would receive a $20 coupon or cash if they referred someone to him for services. After he tinted my windows, I thought the quality was fine so I told everyone about it so I could send business to him and receive the reward. I sent someone to him and he did not keep his word. He said he would give me $10 cash after he finished the job and never did. This guy doesn't honor his word so I wouldn't recommend anyone trust this guy.
