I just purchased my new Midnight Silver Metallic Model 3 Tesla and was in the market to darken the windows and add tint. After doing my own due diligence and homework decided to take my Tesla into their shop. Ian is superb. Great customer service, attentiveness and even invited me down to take a look at some showroom models getting tint so I could get an idea of how dark I wanted to go. Since model three Teslas only come with the top tinted, 25% around all the windows and 50% on the top front was the way to go. Picked up at the Tesla a day later and it worked so sleek! Immediately after driving it out of there garage I could feel and see the difference in the inside of the car. They straight out matched the top tinted glass above the driver and passengers head to the Tesla tint and it looked great. No cuts or marks on the tint and it is sparkly new. I learned about ALSET from Tesla representatives who were being fed free pizza each week by ALSET. Even before delivery, I was hearing from them to have the car wrapped with ALSET. None of the representatives necessarily knew about the poor quality of wrap by ALSET, they were just motivated by pizza, unfortunately. ALSET is very expensive, compared to other places, although they may have caught on and begun to drop their prices. But don't go with them. They did a terrible job on my Tesla Model Y. The owner and manager started by telling me that they'd give me a big discount, as I was paying actual paper/green cash ($7000); but I learned that my cost was the same as a friend's who paid them by credit card. I have since had my wrap peel, bubbles here and there which I was told needed "seasoning" to later stick better (bull crap, as over 2 years later the bubbled spots are still bubbled). "Ian" (manager) who was initially so nice and customer-servicey has since ghosted me (see other people's reviews about ALSET's lack of responsiveness later). ALSET advertises that they are specialists with Teslas but it's this is just marketing to create a sense of "specialty" and "niche." Wrap is wrap, and when ALSET does weird things to defy physics, problems occur (like ALSET trying to fully wrap around CURVED edges of car body panels, the wrap lifts and peels because it cannot truly stick to curved edges especially when dirt starts to sneak in). This was the second significant set of problems with the wrap on my car. The third problem was they never cut the wrap off the sensors, rather just covering them. ALSET tries to "specialize" in doing things in strange ways that do not work, and then fail to take care of basic things that is physically necessary for the wrap and car to work. GREAT alternatives who do amazing jobs, as I've used both to re-do ALSET's terrible wrap job, include: 503 Motoring and PDX Wraps. I am slowly having each and every panel redone by these guys, and bagging on the "warranty" by ALSET. read more

I just got delivery (after a bunch of back and forth!) on a new Model Y, and one of the biggest worries was getting paint protection and ceramic coating before a long drive I had to California. Alset to the rescue, not just on getting me an appointment in a super reasonable amount of time, but with incredibly quality and pricing. I even had to get a roof rack installed, and these guys coordinated with the local dealer team to have it happen in their workshop! Super qualified and flexible team. I took delivery a brand new 2024 Tesla Model X on 2/17/24 after long inside out inspection. The car was very acceptable nothing wrong that will lead me not to accept it and I took it home. On 2/19/24 I washed it and inspected it again since Tesla have 7 days or 100 mile if you find something to bring it back manly for something warranty doesn't cover like scratch or etc so they can address it for free. So I found nothing that I missed at Tesla On the same day on 2/19/24 I took it to a car wash and checked everything again and I found nothing wrong that warranty will not cover. On the 2/20/24 I took it to ALSET Auto to for windows tint. Before I hand over my key to Nate l told him I inspected my car and no scratch or dent and you can inspect it again. He kinda walk around look at it' and he said it's ok. Several hrs ago I went picked up my car and drove home to find out my car have 2 rock chip in front and huge cute near the falcon window they was working on and someone spilled something on the dashboard near the small window they tinted and try to clean it up but,ended up making it worst and slightly different look from the driver side dashboard. I remember few days before I took my car I received a text message including a Tesla Car phot it read this car is 1 month old and already have several Rock Chip and protect your new Tesla. When I saw 2 Rock Chip in my on car I am like what umm. Every one know Tesla have dash cam and Sentry Mode but they somehow was turned of as soon as my car got inside the garage. The video stop recording once my car was driven inside. Also my passenger side window tint start having excessive bubble very next day and luckily a professional windows tinting shop fixed it for me for free. I took my brand new car to ALSET Auto and came out extremely disappointed and mad. When I asked Nate why my Tesla camera was off he said we don't even know how to turn them off, but they claim they speak Tesla. The next day i was going in person to talk with Nate,but I was still very angry and decided not to go or talk to them till I cool off myself. read more

Extremely happy with the care and attention to detail (pun intended) these guys put into the ceramic coating on my brand new Model X in early March of 2020. Their schedule was very busy, but they somehow found room for me a couple days after I called. I had gotten some protective film from another after-market shop in 2017 for my Model S, and that service was ok, but not comparable to Alset. They spent a lot of time with me talking about our mutual love of Teslas and really made me as a customer feel like I was important, not just another customer being processed. Came back a couple days later, car was parked in front, and looked FANTASTIC - the picture on their contact page (https://www.alsetauto.com/contact-2) might even be my car! :) They even supplied me with a complimentary bucket, wash mitt, soap, and spot cleaner. Very expensive Tesla, protective, coating, and film detailing. I couldn't be more pleased after the initial six months with their work in retrospect, I should've had a protective ceramic coating.
