I also brought photos to show her of what I thought was achievable. I have a TON of hair but she took her time, care and did the right thing. I left the salon feeling relieved that all my dead, dry ends were gone. She gave tips on caring for my precious strands as well and tools to use. She provides a touch up within two weeks I believe (might be a week) and she was the one to send me a text and ask if I needed a touch up, which I did!
