I'm beyond happy with my experience working with Ammie -- absolutely 5 stars!…read more Here's why: * Highly detailed design presentations Every room included exact dimensions, which made renovation planning so much easier. I had tried several AI tools before, but without accurate measurements, they weren't very helpful. Her precision made a huge difference. * Flexible options for every budget She provided multiple options (low, mid, and high-end), which helped me visualize different directions while staying within my budget. * Great collaboration & support My ideas changed quite a bit during the process, and I requested several updates after the initial design. She was patient, supportive, and always improved my ideas with thoughtful suggestions. * Very responsive She replied quickly whenever I had questions or needed advice, which made everything smooth and stress-free. * Cost-efficient & transparent pricing Her pricing is clear, and she delivers excellent value for the quality of work. Overall: If you're detail-oriented, have a specific vision (or even if you're still figuring it out), and budget conscious, I highly recommend Ammie!

She never pressured me while I was still considering whether to get an interior designer or not, and she was very upfront about her costs and services. She made the whole process really comfortable. When Ammie came to see the space, she had an eye for making the house a home. She immediately knew to recommend adding a kitchen island. This was something I was actually going back and forth on for a really long time, and I had so many people telling me not to do it and how it would look weird or there wouldn't be enough space in the kitchen, etc. After renovations, I'm so glad we got an island because it's functional and it really elevates the space, I love it. All her measurements and recommendations are spot on. Ammie took a lot of stress and weight off my shoulders because I knew whatever she recommended was in my best interest and aesthetic. I also asked so many questions and she was always prompt to answer. 10/10 recommend working with Ammie on your next design project. Thank you Ammie! :)

We plan to ask Joyce to help with interior designing/consulting for our next property. And already have referred her to many friends for home staging services. Also the staging looked amazing in photos. BUT seeing it IRL WAS EVEN BETTER! Joyce is also a realtor (we found out too late; used different company). She has an eye and understands what process and stress we currently were going through. Selling is stressful. You want to trust someone to take it away and own it. Joyce and her team did: + Easy to work with = professional + chill. + Superb customer service = Very responsive + patient. + COVID safe/considerate = PEAD forms. + EXTREMELY affordable for LA. + Large homes, condos and awkward spaces. + Boutique company = flexible, understanding to our emergencies/unexpected change of schedule. + Consult on suggested upgrades, changes and such from a real estate agent's eye. + Taste: Modern/contemporary (up to date, classy and hip, on point). Beautifully crafted and designed our 1000+sqft. LOVE LOVE LOVE their furniture picks and paintings. + Make a place seamless. Easy to admire and focus oneself in the space without getting stuck on a design flaw. They make it look welcoming like PRO AIRBNB HOME. + Design with space for photography. + !!MOST IMPORTANT: Get STRONG QUICK offers + backup offers when using home stagers. A must during COVID times/urgent sells. FYI, digital home staging won't give a potential buyer that last emotional WOW factor we needed for a solid decision. So we went with physical home staging. OUR REACTION: We were their first central/eastside LA property in Los Feliz 90027. They focus usually east like DTLA, Glendale, San Gabriel Valley. Joyce and her team did an excellent job trying to add a bit of our neighboring Hollywood and Silverlake flair to it too. I've talked to over 10+ home stagers in LA. Joyce was a breath of fresh air. SO SO SO incredibly lucky to meet her at the right moment and time. She was a referral from a close friend's realtor connection to her (so 3rd connection). THEIR STYLE: Modern/Contemporary It matched the styles we told her we liked: - Mid- Century, modern, Scandinavian, minimalist, modern, contemporary, bohemian, etc. - Just up to date look, or the normal LA look of Weho, Larchmont, Hollywood flair + Silverlake, Echo Park, Highland Park simplicity. WHAT TO EXPECT: Home Staging in LA (Hollywood to Eastside) is 1-1.5mths advance booking. And not easy to work with (not for new sellers). A. Contact for a QUOTE, SCHEDULE TOUR, BOOK: 1) Quote Request: - Provide your zipcode, type of property, #rooms/space, sqft, stairs/elevator, vacancy level, property condition, deadline, if photos are needed, full/half/etc service (vary per vendor, so list all rooms and what service is needed if not full everything head to toe), have photos of the place. - Estimate given (not quote). 2) Schedule physical walk through for accurate quote. It is a normal process to figure out the space. (2-4ppl team could visit for this walkthrough). Accurate quote given. 3) Book (or not book). Review contract, work on changes. Sign, pay 50% retainer fee. Joyce accepts check, zelle, venmo, money order. We got a COVID discount special of 75 days. B. UNLOADING/FURNITURE RETRIEVAL parking is needed. - You need to be accessible via phone after opening door for them. - Pay rest of 50% end of day after furniture is set at your place. *Seller Tip: Remember to follow COVID guidelines. Put up rules, get signatures, put supplies out. *Seller Tip: Ask them to call you 1 hour before finish. *Seller Tip: Take pictures of equipment that could be already damaged, scratched etc. (No injury to our property was made, other than agreed nail in walls.) - Work range 2-4hours, varies per size of property. Retrieval requires at least 7 days advance. - Ask the buyer if they want staging nails/hanging metals left up for them to hang with. Stagers can remove if not. FYI, - Live plants is a no no. Risk of bugs, and maintenance are not worth it. - Paintings and Wall hangings require nails in the wall hold up heavy duty mirror decor, and give paintings a certain look. - We added in our friend's patio skeleton furniture and they dressed it. They were able to work with our mustard curtains. - Joyce's suggestions was great! Dining light fixture upgrade and welcome mate. No time for the fireplace change. *Seller Tip: Make sure any home stager uses a nail/stud (pipe) finder. - An air mattress was left with an electronic inflation pump where we could repump if needed. Used once by us. *Seller Tip: Do not sit or use any furniture! It's for staging = some pieces are for show like the air mattress. Thank you Joyce and the team!!

My mom was very involved in the design process, and Shir was able to balance both of our perspectives seamlessly -- which is no small task! She handled everything from major pieces like beds, couches, and chairs to smaller details like hardware, candles, and vases. Every choice felt intentional and cohesive. She really understood how to bring our modern-cozy vision to life while honoring the architecture of our Spanish-style home here in Southern California. Hiring Shir was absolutely worth it. Beyond her expert eye for design, you're paying for the time, clarity, and confidence that come with working with a true professional. We would've spent months second-guessing decisions (and probably made costly mistakes) trying to do this ourselves. Instead, we got a beautifully designed home that feels effortless and perfectly "us." Highly, highly recommend her for both big and small projects -- she's amazing at what she does.

Vyanca has an outstanding eye for color, texture, and layout, creating spaces that are not only exquisite, but also functional and perfectly tailored to our needs, desires, and life style. Vyanca is an incredible visionary and wise beyond her years. Vyanca envisions concepts that "mere mortals" can't even conceive. To say she is cutting edge and revolutionary, doesn't even begin to describe her extraordinary talents and mind's eye. Additionally, Vyanca is incredibly well connected! All of her vendors and her contacts speak so highly of her, as do her previous clients! Vyanca continually makes pilgrimage to Europe to bring back the latest and most cutting edge products, ideas and materials. Every decision made serves a specific goal, and is very intentional. Vyanca ensures that form follows function (a concept we learned from her). Throughout the entire process, Vyanca was attentive to our needs, requests, desires (and in some cases our wild dreams). She was organized, paid great attention to every detail, and was genuinely passionate about delivering the best possible results and products. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and our finished home far exceeded all of our expectations! Her talent is truly remarkable! Furthermore, Vyanca was always available to us and with incredible communication (even when she was in Italy at a design convention!) as well as, after completion of our project! If you are looking for someone who listens to you, is unbelievably talented and creative, who thinks outside the box, is reliable, easy to work with, communicative, and capable of turning any space, notion or dream you might have into something extraordinary, we wholeheartedly recommend Vyanca Soto! Working with her was an absolute pleasure and we would enthusiastically hire her again for any future project! Vyanca, we love you and can't thank you enough for turning our house into our dream home! Lisa & Jerry

We were able to work with Vyanka using one of her virtual design packages. This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. Vyanka's style is elegant and modern. But she can help you with any design option that you are looking for. We wanted a Spa like atmosphere and the pictures speak for themselves. During the construction process, Vyanka was very responsive in providing details like how the tile should be laid out or helping with details like tile trim. I highly recommend Vyanka for your next renovation project!!!
