Had SCREEN sliding patio doors, on 2 different patios, that…read morejust would not stay up, or roll easily. I had paid a Handyman to rectify... but, now, I needed someone to measure, install, so that all would work perfectly. Called Steve Norman's Doors. He scheduled 7-7:30 the next day. No show....... I called him at 8:45 to ask if he forgot me. He came, and, we never got to any patio... He just noticed the entrance sliding screen, and said that he thought that this was for a "Security Screen Door". He does not do screen doors. I also had originally e-mailed him the facts... So, I said: "You must not have read my e-mail correctly. I told you screen patio sliding doors." He replied: " I must dumb........." I said: "I never said that you were dumb." He replied: "I knew that it was going to be a waste of time to come here anyway." He left. Had he just said: "Oops, I misunderstood. I don't install this type of screen. Sorry."....... THAT, would have been somewhat professional, although, I had explained in a written e-mail, AND explained on the phone. BUT, these types of negative comments.............. That is simply outrageous rude behavior.

Only Time Will Tell…read more I had the pleasure of working with Precision Garage Doors about 5 years ago, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They quickly arranged a time that worked for me and provided all the necessary information. Our project was to fit our house's new remodel with doors that complimented it. That task was easy enough because the company gave us lots of options and very useful advice. The part that I thought would be hard is that we wanted a matching custom gate to very exact specifications. Rather than having the other shoe drop they said "no problem" framed out the gate perfectly, matached the mounting that the masons used and even created an extremely secure locking system to keep our dogs safely tucked away. When the technician arrived, he was punctual and clearly knowledgeable about garage door systems. He took the time to explain the options I had and suggested where to spend the money and where not to. The whole process was relaxed and fun without any pressure to upsell. I appreciated how he prioritized my budget while ensuring that I understood the solutions available. The remodel was done efficiently, and my garage door is still functioning perffectly even after 5 years! The technician even took the time to perform a thorough inspection of the system and shared tips on maintenance to prolong the life of my door. It's clear that customer service is a priority for them, as they truly went above and beyond. Overall, I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone in need of garage door repair or even an exciting new update to their beloved home in the area. They combine excellent service with competitive pricing, making them a top choice in the area!

Martin is incredible and an awesome human! We got quotes for two shower doors for our new vacation…read morehome. He gave us quotes for doors that were bespoke but out of our budget. He then told us to order doors from Home Depot (doing right for the customer), and actually helped pick it up for us when it wouldn't fit in our car!! He waited 30 min at Home Depot. We bought an old house and he had to spend 12 hours putting the doors in to customize the Home Depot door to the showers! It was my dumb mistake for not just getting his customized suggestion in the first place. And honestly the final bill didn't feel high enough for everything he did for us.
