Tim came out to assess the home and make a recommendation on the best heating system for our place. A couple weeks later the crew came out and did the install. There were 5-6 techs here for a few full days. These guys were very professional and very good at what they do. I can't thank the management and crew at Rene's Repair enough, final product works great, looks great, and has dramatically lowered my electric bills. Every step of the way there was someone available to take my calls and respond to questions over the phone or in person. I don't know about some of these other reviews from a few years ago but these guys are a well oiled machine today, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of repairs or system upgrades from a leaky sink to HVAC to Electrical! Shout out to the guys and gals thank you! (Newell, Sonny, Shawn, Bryce, Phil, Tim, Ed, Donna and of course Chad) There was quite the crew here during this cold snap getting things done and done the right way my apologies to anyone I missed as I'm sure there is a few!

I also have pictures that show that the system was never even cleaned by Gothshall to begin with even though I paid $242.44 for it. I reached out by mail giving them the opportunity to make this right but they chose to ignore that as well. Strait-forward and honest communication throughout project from Derek and Nicole was great. I have a small home in an historic district that needed structural repair, new siding and trim, and other attention. Derek's willingness to approach the project in sections to help me determine affordability options was a great stress reliever. The quality of work, his team of professionals, and his willingness to help navigate the historic requirements and restrictions was amazing! They worked to schedule-as unpredictable Adirondack weather allowed, and kept in close contact to keep me updated. I had looked into using LaFountain Builds earlier, but when I saw the level of work they do, I was certain I could not afford them. Big mistake! You definitely get what you pay for! I wasted a great deal of money and time going with someone else first that wasn't able to do the work and made things worse. Can't recommend LaFountain Builds enough!
