    I have reviewed them elsewhere as well.... Brought my car for vibrations. I had previously did all…read moremy motor mounts with them earlier. Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... This has been my experience and mine alone....Good luck!!!!

    We were directed to this shop from CarMax recently as a third party shop who could work our car in…read moresince CarMax's service shop was backed up. I had taken a car there a few years back and had a great experience so we chose to go here with our 2021 Ford Explorer. We didn't know that the company had changed ownership since getting my car worked on here and we had the absolute worst experience ever. The employees here have the worst communication ever and no one seemed to care that we were out a car for an entire month. We dropped off our vehicle on September 11th and JUST picked it up Monday October 16th. The issue was never fixed and we had to pay $800 because according to CarMax the shop didn't work the claim correctly and they could do nothing about it. Our car has the Max Care Bumper to Bumper warranty so the fact they directed us to a shop that doesn't know how to process claims and use the warranty correctly and left us paying $800 for our still broken car doesn't make sense to us still. The shop has the worst customer service and communication ever. We had to constantly call them to get any updates or information and of course only one person, Danny, knew anything about our car. He would give us info that they were waiting on a computer to be able to diagnose the issue and we understood that some things just take time to figure out. However, we were constantly told it would hopefully be done by the end of the week, every time we called for an update. If they couldn't figure it out they should have been honest so we could get it to another shop who had the technicians and technology to get it figured out. Danny was also so difficult to get a hold of. I spoke to him finally on October 9th, he said he'd call by the end of day with an update as the technician was supposed to look at it that afternoon and he never called. My boyfriend followed up two days later and Danny was off that day, the owners were unavailable, and no one in the entire shop knew anything about the status of our car. That was on October 13th, a full month after we dropped it off. The fact that no one had an answer or knew ANYTHING at that point was infuriating. We are BEYOND frustrated with this shop and don't want anyone to experience what we've had to go through. This shop lacks basic customer service and communication skills and our car is still not fixed! Think twice before bringing your car here, if I could give zero stars I would.
