The cleaner arrived without her supplies and had to leave to get them, which wasted a lot of time. In the end, she only cleaned the kitchen and two bathrooms, and she wasn't able to finish the third bathroom. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hired them to do a move-out/deep clean, even though they were the highest quote received. They were the 1st to respond, and appeared to be dependable. Figured higher price = higher quality. However, my landlord rejected this cleaning, for good reason, and now I have to hire someone else to redo the entire project. Mopping was only done in the bathrooms, there were still marks on the floors that I personally wiped off with Clorox wipes the following day after the clean. The interior of the cabinets was not vacuumed/wiped. The baseboard was swept, however, the bottom of the walls was not cleaned. Door frames and doors were not cleaned. The windows were cleaned, however, the blinds were raised and left that way without being properly wiped. The fridge was not cleaned. The master bathroom tub was bleached and superficially wiped - you can see the streaks where the bleaching/wiping occured. They reached back out for feedback, and the above was mentioned, along with emails, and texts from my landlord. They believed that what was completed was sufficient for a $500 final clean, and were not willing to go back or discuss any adjustments. The statement was that there were stains and scratches that were not in the scope of work. Scratches, I agree, but the reason for hiring a professional cleaner IS to deal with stains, and dirt. Nobody hires a cleaner to clean an already pristine house.

Ended up paying $160 after taxes. I had no interest in paying any cleaners over $200 because I knew my 1 bedroom apartment was already fairly clean and it wouldn't take them that long. One minor knock is they had to re-schedule my original cleaning time because they were behind schedule so it seems they sometimes overschedule but I get it, it does happen. Overall would do business with again.
