When my wife asked the lawful reason, they terminated her and threatened police on us. Another\nFriend of ours, who has been coming here for quite some time.Also which terminated for unjustified reasons. He had no problem with it , but when he asked about the reasons he was threatened with police as well. They threaten police on their members , and as much as they want customers , they're also looking for excuses to get rid of some. Even if the reason is justified or not. People here are rude and bougie. Too crowded, and only a couple of employees are respectful. I have been lied to about how to contact corporate, they gave us a email that did not have response. They were trying to hide their excuses , and we're not willing to explain any justified reasons. Petty games were played. So I went to another gym , and i've had no problems there. If I were you, I would try to boycott this gym.Because they act like they're so friendly and then turn around and bite you like a snake. Unlawful termination is one thing you may have to watch out for. Trying to ban people for life when they can only legally ban someone for a year's time. The manager Maddie is a really rude human being.Don't let her smile fool you. And one of the coaches zach mesa is also one that threatened revocation and police unlawfully , like they want to abuse emergency services. Very Unprofessional group of kids working at this location.

It looks like they are starting to update their signs for the bathrooms to make them unisex. They also have a charging station for your heart rate monitor, which is a great use of their large lobby--plus you don't have to bother a staff member to help you with it. Unfortunately, you can't choose your station anymore when you check in, but I'm still a big fan of the studio.

I got there 10 mins before the class started & it seemed a little unorganized... there was some late comers so I was overlooked and did not receive a arm monitor for the class bc some of them were not charged ?? I did like the vibe of the class although the instruction could of used a little more explaining as this was my first time attending an OT. THe class was about an hour long and it was broke up into a 3 part session of rowing, & free weight conditioning, & treadmill. The female instructor gave some input for motivation & the music was loud and encouraging! Overall, it was fun but could have been more organized at the front desk & communication about the class offering "FREE" to first timers... This part was untrue as I received an email that my daughter (the member) was charged for all those attending a cost of $12 each @ 12-15 people that did not live in the Temecula area. This was an out of town prewedding celebration event.... so that was a little discouraging. I don't believe I will be returning to an OT.

Yesterday, March 16, 2026, I checked in on that location to play basketball. While I was there, my 2 guests arrived. So I came out and met them. However on our way in, Jasmine refused entry for my guests stating that all of us should check in/arrive together. This has not been brought to my attention prior to yesterday. I am not aware if this is something that was recently strictly implemented. I have always brought guests this way (my friends live in different areas so it's hard for us to arrive at the same time). I explained this to her and begged if she can allow an exception this one time as my guests drove from Menifee just to be able to play. Disappointingly she sternly refused. I understand how there are rules, but I also know about having some consideration to your loyal customers. I have been a member since 2021. I have brought multiple guests who became members. I can give you names of those members. This is not how you treat your members. I was humiliated in front of my friends. One of the other managers, Rex, intervened and he said to just let them in this one time. But Jasmine said if he will do that, she will walk out. Is this how you manage conflict in your workplace as a manager, you walk out!?! It was handled so very poorly. It was truly disappointing. When I paused my membership years ago I've been begged and bugged to reactivate it being given so many perks just to keep my business, and this is how she treats me?!? I really hope no other member gets treated this way. That was very unprofessional and arrogant of her.

On the days I can't come in, I notice a difference in my mood. They have different challenges periodically and some really good sales on their merch. Grippy socks are a must along with water. The inside is clean. There are always wipes to wipe down equipment once we are done with the class. The restroom is always clean and stocked with lady products. They have classes pretty much all day so it fits well in to most schedules.

I'm not super familiar with doing lots of workouts with weights but they are so helpful and provide great advice and correction. I love the vibe, music, and space. Such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel comfortable. I purposely didn't look into the class beforehand because I didn't want to psych myself out. I had zero expectations. I went with a friend and we had SO much fun. It was a full-body workout and somehow I tapped into my inner child sliding around on the machines I still don't know all the terms, but I do know it was a blast. Don't get me wrong it was definitely challenging... but I didn't die hahaha. And can we talk about the socks?! I'm usually a no-show sock girl, but they had the cutest long socks and I think I've officially entered my long-sock era. The studio itself is adorable and super clean...it really sets the scene for what's about to go down. Victoria, the instructor, was amazing. She helped me adjust the resistance and made sure my positioning was right for each exercise, which made such a difference as a first-timer. If you haven't tried this studio yet, give it a shot. Addicted to Lagree... I was recently introduced (few months…read moreago) to Lagree out in Marina Del Rey and was so excited to have found Lux Lagree in Temecula so close to home. Lagree is my favorite workout! I've tried all instructors thus far and everyone is amazing and challenging. Workouts can be difficult, will be sore (especially in the beginning), yet you get the adrenaline rush and want more. Lately I've been seeing Victoria, Sydney and Danielle more since our schedules have aligned and they are all so patient and provide modifications when I need them.

I was hooked after my first class. I was super worried about re-injuring my shoulder again but all the trainers were awesome about modifying all exercises for me as needed. The entire staff is awesome and all the members are super warm and welcoming. I love my Flexx family !
