EXCUSE ME??? Can you tell me who training her??? Sorry to tell you this is your job to help the customers to resolve their issues! Please learn how to be professional and learn how to use your system! Not just chatting with you co-workers or sitting there like a Robot during your work!

The workouts are challenging and thoughtfully planned with a lot of attention and modifications/adjustments to help make the most of each move like a small group session (vs. what you might get in a group fitness class elsewhere). Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for functional training that's controlled but kicks your ass. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area.

Classes are affordable and small enough that Levi and Matt make sure you get the attention you need to succeed! I feel so blessed to have this wonderful establishment in our city! Today I'm coming to use the sauna to reap the benefits of sweat. I came in early to avoid the days crowd. I'm impressed with the cleanliness, very clear instructions and everything in its place. The cleaning crew was everywhere but out of members way, which is impressive considering the number of members coming and going. The steam sauna is my favorite, reminding me of a few I used in Norway and Sweden. I have previously used dry heat saunas, but I find I enjoy the steam.

They offer quite a variety of classes and have the most up-to-date, nicest equipment including full cadillac reformers. Sign up for a jump board (cardio Pilates), Pilates aligned, Core-Align, Pilates chair, or a mat class. Highly recommend all of them! The instructors here are so knowledgeable and really help push you to your fullest potential. They also offer private sessions if you are new to Pilates or looking to have a solo session so you and your body are the main focus. Equipment always feels super clean and well taken care of, and I always walk out feeling lighter and super stretched out. Check them out asap!
