I've lost 50 pounds over the past 7 months, and Jazzercise in Estes Park has been a fun and remarkable part of my life. I wake up and dance a few times a week but sleep in and take afternoon classes too. My strength, range of motion, balance, and blood pressure are GREATLY improved too! read more

We cue every routine so there is no memorizing or guessing necessary. We cue safe and effective muscle movement to maximize your cardio and sculpting workout. Our small, in-person classes allow for personal instruction, although we do have an online option for some of our classes. Whether your goal is fun, friends, cardio fitness or strength training, you will get it all at Jazzercise.
