I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! I keep finding new stuff they cleaned that would have never occurred to me to clean, and I continue to be impressed by their fanatical dedication to quality cleaning. Also, they didn't even ask me to write this review. They genuinely cleaned my place so hard I feel compelled to tell other people about it. We really tried to give this cleaning service a fair chance, but the quality was never there. Our…read morehome is only about 700 to 800 square feet, and even after increasing the cleaning time from 2 hours to 3 hours, the house still wasn't clean. There were always cobwebs and dust left around the house, the kitchen rug was never vacuumed even though we asked every time, and simple notes were misunderstood. We asked for the stove to be cleaned and she cleaned the oven instead, which felt like wasted time. This was with biweekly cleanings, so it wasn't like she was walking into a home that had been neglected. At the very first cleaning, we pointed out that there was spaghetti sauce on the wall in the bathroom and expected it to be cleaned. When it was missed and we asked about it, she said she thought we were joking. There was no reason for us to joke about that, and it showed us that instructions were not being taken seriously from the start. We were told when we signed up that if we ever needed a quick, last-minute cleaning, all we had to do was ask. When we actually requested a same-day 2 hour cleaning, we were made to feel like 2 hours wasn't worth their time or travel, which went against what we were originally told. The house also didn't smell clean after cleanings because the cleaner herself had a strong body odor that lingered in the house. Our last appointment was a no call, no show, and later we were told they were out of town at a dog show. That was the final straw. We can clean our home ourselves in about an hour and do a much better job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Edit: you did offer a free cleaning. But why would I expect you to do a better job cleaning for free vs when I was paying for it? Your time to shine and retain me as a customer was when I was paying for your services, not after I fired you. You've already shown me the quality of service that you have to offer. There's no reason to waste anyone's time with a "free cleaning". I've been getting the "free cleaning" quality the entire time. And not once were we ever given a reminder text about our appointment. I had to reach out every time to confirm our appointment. While communicating with Betty it was always very short answers. Sometimes just no response at all. The lack of communication and quality of service makes is nit good for business
