Good selection (by neighbourhood fruit market standards, anyway, since that is what this is), and very good prices - I spent about $20 and came away with my bike basket (one of the extra-deep "bottle baskets") heaped high enough with many kinds of fruits and vegetables that I was worried I'd lose some on the way home, plus a basket of Ontario peaches (which proved to perfectly ripe and more delicious than any I've ever gotten other than at farmers' markets) strapped to the rear carrier. This place is known for its pre-made meals that are fantastic, and quick to go. And, if everything here was extremely overpriced I would have marked it down to three stars. But that's not the case either. Do you want milk? It's a reasonable price. Are you looking for a cake for $15 to $20, which is less than the going rate at a bakery now? They have those. You can get a four pack of happy pop popsicles for $8, which is a really good value for that brand. And, if you just want to staple like milk? It's the same price as the big grocery store down the street. One of the things that also makes this a standout for me is that they have a lot of different types of soda. And, it's not incredibly overpriced. Specialty soda is always looking to be about two or three dollars a bottle. And, in this case you can get some quality ginger beer for cheaper than it is at a large membership warehouse store. You're going to have to make your own decision here. You see a lot of those in the baked goods items but I've seen non-alc beer, frozen pizzas, gelato all on clearance and they were good prices. They also have a good selection of frozen pizzas: I bought three different ones from different pizza places to compare which was fun. There is also a decent amount of ready made (but needs heating) foods. Their chicken pot pie has been said to be a crowd favorite and I can see why some people Will like it, large pieces of chicken in it so it has good filling. But to a kid, generally they don't care about large chunks and like smaller bits and lots of gravy, so Summerhill choice may not be their preference.

The selection of houseplants here is great and the prices are very reasonable. The staff in the Garden Centre - Angela & Crystal are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's so convenient to pick up food essentials and at the same time buy something for your plant addiction in one quick trip. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Okay, it's nowhere close to what real pho is, but they're not bad! It's like Ramen noodle bowls but pho. I added some thinly sliced beef, white and green onions and a bit of oil and it was actually really good. If you're looking for a snack in a pinch, this could be it. And it's $1.50! As for what else they carry: Asian style cuts of beef, chicken and pork are available along with some western items and fresh veggies and fruit, plus the always important HiChew! I can't comment on every single department or any of their installation services, but just in terms of the retail store - staff helpfulness & friendliness, in-stock levels, fairly clear & well maintained aisles, well chosen skid drop locations - they just seem to do a better job. Most recently I bought an Air Conditioner here and some weather stripping & insulation products. Noticed how the bulky HVAC products were all displayed in the spacious front part of the store for easy access by dolly or hand-truck and short run to the checkout & parking lot (whereas at Wicksteed they're split up with some AC's in the middle section where you'd have to bring them through aisles...). It helps that there often seems to be less of a crowd here. But I suspect part of that is due to customers being helped more promptly and competently both on the sales floor and at checkout.

You can bring in a container to refill your bath supplies, and they also sell crafts and home goods that are reusable or made with renewable materials like bamboo. The prices for the goods are affordable. I picked up this elephant figurine and used it as an air plant holder for only about ~$10. It's handmade, so there are some natural imperfections. I love that the finish is smooth and doesn't have the rough texture of concrete. If you're into Fengshui, an elephant figure brings prosperity and good luck around the home. There was only one left when I bought mine. She splits her time running local markets on the weekends. So you'll only catch her in this storefront during the weekdays only for now. Check her IG for where she will be next and her Etsy shop for available goods. There is more in store than on her Etsy though. My only suggestion when she has the time is to update her website with her inventory of goods to allow for pick up in store so people can check back and see what's available. It also saves her the fees from Etsy.

I spotted some great deals on burrow's tail and El Choco red philodendron here. They also have a ton of whale fin snake plants if you're looking for one and succulents. I think they probably stock some of the cheapest plants downtown. I couldn't help but pick up a new staghorn fern since they look super healthy for $15. Looks like a fresh batch that just came in. This one came in a hanging nursery pot, unlike other plant shops I was comparing around, which is perfect for the rod plant shelf I'm planning to install. Good selection of affordable plants. They don't, however, stock the premium "rare" collector plants, so you won't find 4-inch pots for more than $20 unlike the competitor Jamestown Milk across the street. Definitely worth checking out both though as they don't always have the same plants and if they do, not always the same price. Too bad Parliament Smoke & Gift doesn't have an online presence so it's hard to know what they have in stock. But if you're in the area, definitely peek in and take a look. This time of year, their plants are extended outside in front and on the left side as well. I'm a returning customer just for their plants. To me, it's more of a plant shop than a convenience store.

This store is a little smaller than it's competition across the street and doesn't have quite the selection of a normal convenience store. Plus the place has an odour to it, of what I'm not sure. Also, tack on the fact that they have some weird nicknack's to sell; those giant cat statues kinda freak me out. They do have a large garden area outside which had a pretty good selection of plants in the summer time.

Excellent little produce store in Six Points Plaza! The produce is fresh, they have LOTS of organic…read moreproduce options and their prices are LOW LOW LOW! The staff is friendly, on many occassions they will offer to find you what you're looking for and even help you bag your groceries (for those of us who bring bags from home). The cashier is quick, so have you wallet ready, she never lets the line get too long or slow. Six Points Plaza has plenty of parking as well as being a 5 mi walk from Kipling Subway Station! I only subtract one star for cleanliness as the bottom of the produce stalls, and the shop floor aren't always the cleanest. This is a little farmers market produce shop so you get what you see - fresh produce at low prices.
