AVOID!!! RUN!!! I've just been through a nightmare with…read morethem. I was quoted an amount for my Homeowners Insurance in December. After many quotes, and based on that quote, I went with them. NOW THREE MONTHS LATER, I can't figure out why so many transactions and extra money is coming out of my escrow account. I called the agent and found out he has already credited and rebilled my policy three times. Never a phone call. No communication. I was getting checks from the insurance group and didn't know why. It was due to the twice credit and rebills. And NOW......oops. His comment to me was: "oops, I forgot to check a box". My policy is an ADDITIONAL $400! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR QUOTES AND WILL CHANGE THE AMOUNT WITHOUT TELLING YOU!

Any couple who can live AND work together are either insane or in love, so I'll just go with the latter. My parents were the same for 54 years so I guess theres something to be said for it. I think it was trust, though, that really came through. I was comfortable talking to Ryan. You can just tell about some people. He's a big dude but soft spoken, and I pretty much did all of the talking (much to his chagrin). Regardless, I learned a lot and found I can save a lot too. Allstate's total loss department in San Antonio is filled with incompetent employees. Thought I'd be "in good hands." Epic fail! Allstate San Antonio has no use for customers once it is "assumed" a vehicle is totaled. A squeaky wheel eventually will be oiled. Unfortunately, It required a vast amount of patience and time. I did NOT respect Service Kings evaluation of the car being totaled. I requested that an actual employee with Allstate reinspect my vehicle. My vehicle was NOT totaled. Service Kings service adviser in Plano inflated the actual amount of damage done to my vehicle. Service King was a nightmare. I've been informed that Allstate has heard of other people having similar issues with Service King. What?? Why did our agent refer us here? Peterson's group, you're in a position to change these types of over inflated prices and not send customers to this business. Service king should not be reviewing customers claims. He was well aware that I needed insurance right away, commencing today and indicated that would not be a problem. It is about ten minutes to five, and the employee never telephoned me back. He had at least seven hours to tell me something, but apparently my request was disregarded. I had to telephone him, and he gave me the impression that not much had been done to find me a policy. This guy is just wasting my time.
