What really stood out was his knowledge and experience. Luis was able to show us examples of work he has completed, which gave us even more confidence in his expertise and ability to bring our vision to life. Fowlers did give us a prompt refund regarding the issues mentioned after we emailed them…read more Because they did not fix the work when we originally brought it up on site and due to another incident on site, we did not feel comfortable asking them to come back and fix the work they did poorly the first time. After multiple discoveries racking up in cost, we finally decided to email them. They were prompt with a response and a refund. We only asked for a refund for the work we found problems with, which was roughly 1/3 of the cost we paid for all of the work that they did.

Johnathan and his Team's charm and professionalism was just beyond. They were there before we woke up and stayed several times after 5pm. We needed our basement refinished after some water damage and demo a French Drian was installed. They installed new stairs, framing, electrical and dry wall. Not to mention jacking up our house to replace the main joist! We're amazed at how he was able to maximize the space for the area we wanted. We were able to comfortably work out little changes along the way. Johnathan said to me at one point " I want it to look like it would in my own home!" I really could go on and on. Just know this is not AI this is a real honest review!! We absolutely will be contacting Fowlers Home Improvement for all our projects in the future and so should you!

First this project the team once again did a phenomenal job repairing the deck that was incorrectly installed by another contractor. They arrived early and stayed late every day diligently working. Brad walked me through the process; we had different surfaces and materials which required different products. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and professional. He worked with my own handyman to make sure every thing was in the proper state of repair for their arrival. On the scheduled date of painting, the crew arrived at 8 AM sharp and the Supervisor Jesus walked the project with me. He had some additional suggestions, which I am so glad I accepted as they put the finishing touched on the project. Not heavy handed sales, just professional opinion. Project was finished a half day early, as weather cooperated and all of our up front planning had left us with no last minute changes. I was pleased front to back and will recommend them and call them again for my projects.

This is an excellent company that combines first class construction craftsmanship with astute…read moredesign capabilities. They are a small company but have been growing very quickly over the last several years. I know this because I first contacted them about some landscaping concepts three years ago. At the time I think the company was scarcely more than a father and son operation. I didn't follow through with that effort but recently called upon them for another different job. They have grown significantly, I am sure from word-of-mouth, and now have multiple logo-wrapped trucks. I've been gut-renovating, almost exclusively DIY, a 100+ year old house. The front porch was brick stairs but they were in bad shape and had uncomfortable tread and riser dimensions. The young man Abraham from Rosete Hardscapes had some excellent ideas about how to retain the existing base but enhance the design with additional concrete, brick, and limestone. As I said, I use very few contractors, preferring DIY, but this was a project I knew was beyond me. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Very skilled craftsman. They definitely don't work for free but the value is 100% there. I am very glad I went with these guys, they are top of the line.
