Everyone is quite nice in the moment however when it comes to scheduling it could be better. I have been given the run around and not provided clear instructions on the processes they have in place. Especially when all you're having is a telehealth visit. I wouldn't recommend this practice given these reasons and I will not be returning.

The owners are friendly and always willing to listen even if you are not their client.
