I knew very little about jewelry going in but knew the specific vision/look my fiance wanted in a ring. Over the course of several months (this slow pace was because of my own research and meeting with other jewelers) Matt met with me multiple times and sourced and showed different diamonds until we found what I was looking for. The ring style Matt helped me to settle on needed to be designed and hand crafted by John, and working with John was an equally positive experience. At no point in time throughout this process did I feel pressured or hurried or like any member of their team had an interest in mind besides getting this engagement ring right. I have already returned as a customer to have my wedding bands done and I do not see myself going to another jeweler while I am in this area. Highly recommend.

Over the last several years, we can speak highly of each aspect. Once, while waiting for a new watch battery, my husband browsed around the store and found a lovely pair of circular earrings with diamonds. They were soon adorning my ears along with a matching necklace. Very beautiful. When one of the hands fell off my Ebel watch, I took it to Tropiano, and got it back in great shape within a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. A year or two ago, I went there with some diamond jewelry that I was not wearing. The staff members were SO patient and helpful. They turned my aunt's engagement ring diamond from the 1940's into a beautiful pendant. Even more astonishing was the by-pass ring they designed and created from two diamonds. When I picked it up, I was gobsmacked at how gorgeous it is. I highly recommend visiting this gem of a jewelry store. You won't be disappointed.

The store was absolutely packed, and it was clear they were spending a lot of time helping customers find the perfect engagement rings and jewelry. Despite how busy they were, someone immediately stepped away to ask how they could help me. Even though my request was small, I never felt like an inconvenience. They treated me with the same attention, kindness, and professionalism as someone making a major jewelry purchase. That level of customer service is rare these days. It's easy to focus on big sales, but the team at Spivak Jewelers showed that every customer matters. I truly appreciated how quickly they took care of my watch and how genuinely friendly everyone was. If this is how they treat someone coming in for a simple battery replacement, I can only imagine the care they provide for their jewelry customers. Highly recommend Spivak Jewelers for their exceptional service and the way they make every customer feel valued.
