Another item to know before you go in is that it is not a normal smoke shop that your use too. It has a welcoming staff and family ran which is nice and not out of the norm but does not appear to be ran by those that use the products. Also check your pipes and hookahs before you leave as it appears the items are not checked before hitting the floor for any leaks. Bought a hookah and dropped a buck fifty for a beauty but once I got it home I found out the stem was not long enough and there was a pen hole in the glass base which caused for a major leak. I am returning the item later today so I will update on the return policy as I could not fond one posted or on the recept. Final line is: great selection, well ran and managed, and fairly priced with a wide selection. Just don't expect your normal smoke shop employees.

Ample parking outside in a nice convenient strip plaza. Definitely a new go-to liquor store for me.

Above everything else, I have to commend these guys for their amazing customer service. I've been…read morein there to buy vape liquid before, so it's always been a very quick but polite transaction. Today however, I went in with my brand new vape that I was completely clueless about and he helped me with it, even though it was something I ordered online and didn't even purchase from the shop. He recommended the best liquids for my specific vape, but also showed me how to fill it, how to use it,how to change the coils and how to understand how the settings worked. I feel like most places wouldn't go through that much trouble if you didn't buy the mod there, but he was wonderful and informative and just so nice. This will be my go-to place for any liquids or coils from now on. So aside from that, the establishment is also very clean and well decorated. They have a huge selection of liquids, and very fair prices.

The device lasted only a week, despite being advertised as 45,000 puffs. He didn't care at all. Instead, he insulted me and acted like I was trying to scam him. I'm 76 years old, a cancer survivor, and a retired businessman -- I wasn't trying to fool anyone. His attitude was offensive. He eventually replaced the vape, but I will never do business there again. If a store can't stand behind the products they sell, then there's no reason for me to shop there. To make matters worse, he took video of me even though I'm disabled and posed no threat whatsoever. Yes, I let him have it verbally, and I told him I would go to the chamber of commerce and file a complaint. If their product is defective, don't expect these people to do the right thing. I've never dealt with a store that refuses to stand behind what they sell in my entire life. I'm absolutely serious. If I dealt with the owner, today, that's not how you treat a customer and to work on his attitude and customer service.
