But by the time I went to open and use the vape, a few days had passed and I lost the receipt. I understand they have their return policy. But I asked for a specific product and they sold me something different that I did not want and could not use. I figured it would be a simple enough fix, just give the customer what they pay for and everyone will be on their way. But the clerk refused. He implied I asked for the wrong product. I didn't, I know what I come for. His only option he offered me was to buy more products from the store so that I would be able to use the cart that I never asked for. Since they wouldn't let me return it, I had no use for it and offered if any of the employees wanted to keep it for their personal use. They weren't allowed to, understandable. He said they will need to destroy it if I left it at the store...ok sir, do what you want with it, I'll leave it. But then the employee got a little zesty and scoffed "you're gonna turn down free weed?" No Joint Operations, it wasn't free, I paid for it. Simple story short. Go to other shops, DO NOT shop here. If an employee makes a mistake, just make it right for the customer. Simple enough. But to the employee with the backwards hat and the beard... let your boss know that you saved him $35.
