In the midst of my despair, I googled dermatologists in my area and found Doctor Bagley. I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist was eager, professional, and cordial when I requested a consultation for my fiery bunghole. Upon my first visit, the nurse was lovely and very empathetic. Dr. Bagley himself was exceptionally professional and fun, which was a welcome surprise to someone whose anus felt like the central gathering for a party of fire ants. He gave me comprehensive instructions on how to eliminate symptoms so I could finish my school finals with more than two hours of sleep and gave me a prescription for an anti-fungal pill that cleared all symptoms within two days. I had several follow-ups and each time, he was just as fun and professional. He even gave my wife and I sunscreen samples because I mentioned she burns easy. My wife, myself, and most of our children have been blessed considerably by his skills and services as a medical provider. He is thorough, professional, kind, and he ensures that his patients are well managed and cared for. Allergy and asthma related services are available in Rexburg but the consistency and effectiveness of the treatment results in us being committed to the drive and extra time. Upon arrival the staff were exceptionally friendly, got me quickly through new patient registration, and were very capable getting vitals and meds list. With no wait at all, Dr. Peterson bounced in, cheery as could be. I needed to have ear wax removed. He listened, got to work, explained everything, and was sensitive and careful not to cause pain or discomfort. This experience was so much better than I expected, and superior to all my other specialist experiences in every way! Kudos to a wonderful staff.
