The process could be very stressful for a couple like us, since we were both very indecisive and honestly did not know where to start. Russ came on board and made it a very comfortable and stress-free transaction where by the end of 2009, we had our first beautiful house keys. Russ being outstanding agent, we called him back for our house resale and to purchase a larger house. He made house selling and repurchasing so easy where within the same year he was able to sell the house, and purchase another larger house in a different location. He is patient, smart, and very considerate agent. Therefore, for us, we can count on him for anything related to real sate, from finding the right house to helping us work on our house to get it ready to move in! Or to give us suggestions relvant to realestate industry. He really goes above and beyond his duties to help you find your house and making sure everything is safe for you and your family! For those who don't know, buying and selling a home is probably one of the most stressful things you can ever go through. On top of that, I was moving into a brand new city, starting a new job, and pulling my kids away from their friends/school/ and everything they knew. Russ honestly treated my situation as though it was for his own family. He went above and beyond by educating me on the best neighborhoods with the best schools for my kids, while still having a short commute to my new job. I fell absolutely in love with a house and he stopped at nothing for me to get it. We actually ended up in a bidding war for it, but came out on top thanks to his amazing negotiating abilities. He was so patient with me, especially when I became impatient (which was a lot!). Nothing can prepare you for the rollercoaster of emotions that you go through in this situation, but Russ made sure the process was as stress-free and easy as possible. I'm so grateful for how everything has turned out for my family. We are thrilled with our new home and my kids could not be happier - which shows just how successful this experience has been! THANK YOU Russ, from the bottom of my heart!!!

I called and was connected with John, he listened to my needs and all my issues I had attached to my loan needs. He spoke to me with the warmth of an old friend. I did get my loan and everything went very smoothly. Shout out to my broker, John Bonanno! Great job, thank you so much.

John Bonanno and his Funding Concepts Group is that rare find. We had a tough situation that few brokers would take on because it wasn't a huge loan and didn't represent a big payday for them. Plus it would require a creative approach and work on their part due to some unique financial challenges. I didn't even think John would take us on, let alone get us funded. John said he would do everything he could, and we have never experienced a more effective, dynamic, or knowledgeable result. He really came through. "Going the extra mile" has become a trite phrase, devoid of real meaning. But John truly went that extra mile. He found us the right lender, and more important, he guided us through the process, always filled with information and answering our endless questions, and guiding us to that final approval. All the while John was fun to talk to, full of super useful tips, always cheerful and positive, and always searching for the best deal for our situation. While Refi-ing is not a particularly fun process, John made it so. In fact, we used him again when rates dropped, and he always remains in touch, advising us of particularly interesting rates or coming changes. In my lifetime, I have worked with many mortgage brokers. In fact, I spent 29 years working in the real estate lending industry and we had hundreds of brokers as clients and business partners. In those 29 years, I cannot think of one who could touch John Bonanno and his Group. John is far more than a broker; he's a mortgage counselor and loan expert. He is my first and only call, and I have him on speed dial. My family is grateful to him for the work he's done for us. Now if he could only fix cars...

The call was initially framed as an effort to "give me some insight" into the new neighbors moving into a recently sold home on my street. However, the conversation then shifted to asking about my own interest in selling my home. In my view, this was a real-estate solicitation presented as a neighborhood-information call rather than identified clearly as a sales call from the outset. I found the approach intrusive and misleading. If the purpose of the call is to identify homeowners who may be interested in selling, I would much prefer that a brokerage be transparent about that purpose and respect homeowners who have placed their numbers on the Do Not Call Registry. For a business dealing in high-value residential real estate, I would expect a higher standard of transparency and respect for prospective clients' privacy and communication preferences.
