Walking in, there is always a friendly person working the desk. And then it goes downhill. The owner comes out after you've already been there for 5-10 minutes and have talked to the salesperson about what you're looking for. The owner gets up really close to you, and after telling him you don't need help, he will not back off and is very intrusive. It's very annoying. They also have "In god we trust" on everything. I'm not religious and don't want that on products I buy. They sent me an email for a survey after the visit. I left these two issues on it and received a hostile email from the owner in response. What kind of business owner does that? It shouldn't be such a hostile experience to try to buy soap.
