Hard candies from rock candy to candy necklaces and every brightly packaged, florescent 80's sweet treats I loved as a young boy. Jelly Beans of every conceivable color and flavor, lollypop's the size of my head. No matter your age, the time warp that hits you, sending you back into your distant memory (depending on your age) to a time and place we all remembered where these treats were enjoyed in our youth. The dining area is lovely-framed art work, elegant tabletop lighting and enough space between tables so neighboring conversations stay where they belong-at that table. Superb service from a young lady who attends U of M. Enjoyed a glass of beautiful cava before tucking into Duck Confit. It was served with roasted small golden potatoes and salad topped with picked onions. For dessert, we split their delicious carrot cake. It's evident that all food is scratch made. Cake had crushed pineapple and no nuts (important for those who are sensitive). Hope to return when we are back in the Saugatauk area later this summer.

Grand Finale started off as a cafe and bistro and then started offering dinner service 3 years ago…read more The menu is well thought out, and has a good offering for the French theme they're going for. They have a wide selection of cocktails and a unique Chartreuse offering. We had a feature goat cheese and mushroom dip, a petite Caesar salad, a pork tenderloin, and beef brisket bourguignon. The dip was very cheesy and had no visible mushroom (or mushroom flavor for that matter), so was essentially a goat/parm/cream cheese dip with caramelized onions. Both of our mains were poorly cooked. The pork tenderloin was overdone, dry, with an undetectable coffee crust. The blueberry BBQ sauce was all blueberry. The beef brisket was tough and once you swallowed the sauce that it was slathered in was incredibly dry. The veggies it was served with were undercooked and included the chewy stems of mushrooms (also undercooked). Despite all of this, it is a cute spot and service is kind but they are understaffed.

They serve Hudsonville hard serve ice cream. They do sell soft serve ice cream as well. One thing that I like about Twisters is that they have a sugar free flavor of the week each week. This is great for customers who need a sugar free option. Twisters also has incredibly delicious walking tacos served with salsa and sour cream! They are the best walking tacos that I have ever had! Twisters accepts cash and credit/debit cards! This is a great addition to the business as many people do not carry cash as often. The ladies who work behind the counter are so kind and always work efficiently to ensure customers receive their order in a timely fashion. I really enjoy walking to Twisters because it is right on the Hart-Montague bike trail. A great stop for your dessert (or walking taco) needs!
