He was our 3rd person that we talked to, but we immediately felt the vibe and got the feeling that he would be patient with us as we customized our masterpiece. Corey supplied a quick proposal followed by a second meeting to go over his vision. He was totally open to a few changes and provided feedback to our suggestions. Plant/tree picture swapping went on for several days and nights! The installation of the work went so smooth even though we were going through several days of rainy weather. Corey's staff was very professional. Corey was at the job site the entire time unless running to different nurseries trying to find the best plants for our yard. I believe he went to 10+. He even sent us pictures while at the nursery to allow us to make some additional decisions. Throughout the process of installation, he kept us updated and ensured we were 100% satisfied with the progress. He even went above and beyond and moved the sprinklers and ensured all of our plants were being reached. The job finished on time, and now we have a beautiful front yard! I can't wait to complete the backyard!

He was conscious of our budget and constraints for the area and he worked it all out to our benefit. We get asked all the time who designed our landscape. We highly recommend Favio Perez design for anyone looking to hire a landscape designer for their home. He is extremely responsive and was always available by phone or text with any questions.

Favio created a landscape plan and then had me use one of his landscape installers. Shortly after installation, the newly planted grass and several of the newly installed plants were dead or infected. The installer blamed Favio for the poor landscape design (stating that Favio did not select the correct sod, plants, Favio did not select the proper location on the property for the sod, plants--i.e. shade, sun) and Favio blamed his installer for not providing me with quality grass and plants. I have contacted both Favio and his colleague, the supplier/installer, Noel from Sunset Gardens Green, numerous times. They just point the finger at each other. Neither has taken responsibility, offered to replace the dead/infected plants or to reimburse me. Very sad that neither of these gentlemen practice their businesses with integrity and honesty. I only asked that I get quality products from them. Unfortunately, I have lost money and I am left with dead grass and plants. I only write this review because I do not want others to be in the same difficult situation. (Sidenote: Favio has the audacity to display the photos of my house project on his Houzz site to promote himself)

We hired them to install turf grass around our newly finished pool and we are beyond thrilled with the job they did. We have a dog "Dixie" that loves to dig and they offered many options of turf grass. Who knew they were so many?! Dixie also approves of the grass as well. Happy Dog, Happy Life! They worked quickly to get our project finished (same day) so we could get our final pool inspections. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we hired LR and will always go back to them. They kept the lines of communication open and Alvaro stated "if there are any issues/concerns, give me a call and we'll come back out and make it even more prefect". I did need to make that call and they showed up within a few days and attended to the small issue we had. We look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you again LR!
